Pretty disappointed in the pharmacy here. Never alerted me that we needed a doctors authorization to refill. Not even a text message just canceled it.Now have no Antipsychotic, and anti-depressants for my aunt with Huntington’s disease . Two medications she cannot go without . When I tried to talk to somebody, they’re very rude. The pharmacist did finally do an emergency couple of pills until the doctor was notified, but the rest of the staff was super rude.

Fatima deserves a raise! I was struggling to obtain my prescription at an affordable price with my insurance carrier for over an hour until Fatima came to the rescue, looked up new insurance information for me somehow, and got me my prescription for the exact amount it should cost. Thank you Fatima and Thank you Walgreens for hiring such capable staff!!

They didn’t have my prescription for four days because of a “insurance issue “there was never an insurance issue and I just recently went there. They told me my medication was going to be ready the next day but once I mentioned that they had already told me 30 minutes six hours ago. Suddenly they’re able to get my prescription together my life and my relationship was destroyed because of my inability to control my BPD without my medication, and it was due to negligence and laziness

I wish I could give it no stars. I called the store ahead and asked if I could pick up some Gatorade with my antibiotics. The nice young lady said sure no problem just ask at the window. I get there and she tells me I'm lying that I never called and they would never tell me that. I'm contagious and just did not want to go into the store. But she refused to bring me the Gatorade. to me that is terrible service

Absolutely love this pharmacy, my personal experience from the front end associates to the pharmacy staff were nothing but expectional and was provided premier customer service, very pleased with this Walgreens in particular

This store. 06832 or 5800 se federal as it’s also called. From the GM Dina to Chris and Frank on the night shift. This is a thankless business and no one knows the amount of work,stress,years of dedication that it takes to be the store that they are. Being yelled at by the elderly and keeping a smile on during a pandemic when customers were as vicious as ever. A workload doubled due to taking on the customers from Winn Dixie’s pharmacy. I can’t imagine their workload. I see this everyday after working as a manager and bartender so I appreciate every detail of their hard work more than they know. I come here to get a candy bar and a red bull for the morning and every time I walk in I get the infamous “welcome to Walgreens” even though they know me by name. lol. Seriously you guys deserve more than a thank you and I pray you have a very merry Christmas and new year. Keep up the good work!

Paige Stopper was the worst customer service ever. She used profanity, very rude young lady. I asked for the sales, her response was look around you might find something you can afford. Very disrespectful!!

Mislabeled my RX and then the pharmacy manager yelled at me when I called to ask how to fix the issue. I called corporate, who was very helpful. I’m still shaking from being so upset.

Pharmacy decided to cancel my backordered medication!I was calling every other day to check and see if my medication was finally filled, until I was told that I would be called when it was. A couple of weeks have gone by, and I've been feeling the horrible effects of not being on my medication (hair loss, and nausea being one some of them)I finally decided to call again today to see the status only to find out that they canceled my refill! Never in my life have I had such a poor experience with a pharmacy.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst and why I will be transferring all my prescriptions to Publix where they know what they are doing. Always an issue.

Update: updated my information with them I guess a 5th time. Went 3 days without my prescription because of their incompetency. They've been annoying my doctor asking for a prescription my doctor has sent them now twice. They said it's because of my married/maiden names... althougH I've combined my accounts SEVERAL TIMES. Don't know why I keep doing this to myself
