I visit Stuart about 4 times a year and have for decades. The staff is always helpful, attentive and highly competent, I know this sounds crazy but I actually look forward to going to this store and I never worry about getting prescriptions filled when I come to this area because of this store.

The employees were understaffed. Not their fault. They need to hire more people. Walgreens can definitely afford to properly staff.

Spent my lunch break yesterday getting a “2hour” covid test at 3 pm yesterday to be safe and to keep my coworkers safe. Still haven’t gotten the results and it’s the next day. Called to ask and they told me my email was wrong, yet I got all the confirmation emails prior to the appt. I guess I am risking another days work to wait for results I should have gotten yesterday.

Don't buy gift cards from them they will knowingly give you defected gift cards that don't work and won't let you return them or switch them out

What horrible service I received today. Came to pick up my medication only to find out that it was filled over a week ago but no one notified me. The short gentleman behind the counter not only was he not customer service savvy it appeared as if he had an attitudes when I arrived. He looked at his watch, which was 7:40pm, looked at me and shook his head. The pharmacist was too busy on her phone never once getting up to see why I was so annoyed with the service that I received. Never again will I come back.

The older taller guy always shorts me on change and I have to turn around and get the correct amount. Really annoying seeing how I give him over 50$ every time and he has shorted me 40$ before and now 5$ tonight. Thankfully tonight he got caught his mistake.

It's amazing on Saturday 10 o'clock I go to the photo center to pick up an order number around hard-working lady at the front counter but then Sara comes out from the back ends on the phone tell her what I need she can't even get off the phone customer service she has to be on the phone at work I remember the days we didn't have phones you were home or not but if this is Walgreens acceptability at 10 o'clock on a Saturday your emerging store manager should be on the phone wow CVS here I come baby
