I just wanna give a very BIG thank you to Luis. He went above and beyond to help us find the perfect SUV!! Didnt have the best credit... no problem... only had 1000$ down payment... no problem. Everywhere else didn't want to help but he made sure we were able to have a new car. 4year 48k mile warranty we got it!! Highly recommend Wallace Auto group when purchasing a new car. When others say no they can help. All future cars I but will conw from this exact place! 2022 Chevy Trailblazer!!

Tried to buy a car got told the bottom line than they changed it, not much and that was fine, told them to fix the few small dents and small scratches. they are apparently unable to fix and if thats the case your auto body shop needs serious help.

I appreciate my service technician Michael and the other techs who work on my car. They don't push extra services when they aren't needed. Recommendations are sometimes made for future services that can hold off until the next service date.

NEGLIGENCE AT ITS FINEST!!!👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 they are telling me in 4,000 miles, over 4 months of which they had just “supposedly performed service, which included tire rotation that I went from safe tires to this?! 🤯😳 perhaps bc im a woman we must think I dont have a brain, even the size of a chipmunk, you could figure this out from a mile away.
Then their excuse of why I have NO back break pads, which If course we noticed from removing the tire, to put on the flat donut they provided in the trunk, new car, thats cool, is from hitting the break on the highway when the tire blew and going over 3 lanes to the shoulder.
So let’s say 30ft to humor them. In 30 ft, the service manager explained, like I was a preschooler, how its very possible that bc of friction, ya know friction from hitting your brake, that could have very well done that and thats why the pads are down to nothing….🤔🤔🤔 not that i dont have break bc you at actually rotate my tires so you wouldnt evn kkow thats my educated guess.
Took it to a tire specialist, thats all he does and has a shop thwre since 2015, they were dying laughing at the explanation. Said not a chance! They’d always done the tires on my Benz, my other cars, my familys cars, clients, and friends, I refer everyone to them! TMF Tires in Stuart! TMF Tires go to Ruben tell him Victoria sent you they take amazing care of their clients!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I wouldnt trust Wallace Genesis Dealer in Stuart w my worst enemies car!!
Zero customer service, but families lives at risk w what they did, I have all the documentation to back my statements - I should have stuck w Mercedes like I had before. Biggest mistake buying from Rick Case in Plantation - top of the line G70 and Stuart Wallace deficient service department, then failure to take responsibility when it was brought to their attention! This is just the beginning for me. This is disgusting!

Rich Harward, Gen. Manager of Wallace Kia, makes a purchase or lease from any Wallace dealership questionable. I would recommend avoiding it.
The Lease agreement limits legal remediation, requiring disputes to be taken to American Arbitration. American Arbitration found that Wallace Kia did not pay Arbitration membership dues, so they were powerless to settle disputes. This appears to be a common practice for Wallace auto dealers. With no means supported by Wallace to settle disputes, they appear to be in breach of contract. My certified paralegal is researching whether this constitutes fraud. Moreover, if this practice is common, there may be reason to consider class action remedial measures. The General Manager attempted to appease me with a less than mediocre offer. The attitude of “Go away, little boy, I have important things to deal with,” may be the result of a bad day, or maybe this is normal I hope that no one else has to deal with these business practices.

Its crazy I have to chase people down to try and buy a car. I've talked to 3 different people and none call back. Customer service is a 0/5. Take your money to people who care.

Awful experience. We were contacted by the internet Mgr and to come in and ask for him. They didn't know who he was and couldn't find the car we came in for. Total clown show.

Stopped in to look at the Cadillac SUVs and liked everything about them after our test drive and salesman explanation of the vehicle's features, so we purchased a 2025 XT5 model. Overall, I am very happy with the price and service so far. Highly recommend them 👌
