If I could give Wallace zero stars I would, Their service departments of all 4 of the wallace agency's I've purchased from Mazda, Genesis, Hyundai and Cadillac all suffer from disorganization and lack of caring for their customers. UPPER management is unresponsive. I recommend going elsewhere if you value your time.

Went during Memorial Day weekend looking at an SUV to purchase. Since I purchased a car from Wallace about 6 years ago I thought I would get good service and respect. I thought wrong. It seemed to go well at first. Couple things I didn’t like, they want to drive you to other locations to check cars without you taking your vehicle. Didn’t like that at all. Kind of like you have to sit for the hard sell to get a ride back to your car.When we were discussing purchasing the car I said I needed to have a mechanic check the car as it was used and being sold in as is condition with no warranty. Essentially the seller would not allow me to have a mechanic check the car and they keep running us in circles about our dream car (which it wasn’t).Way to lose a sale!Buyer beware!

Don't do it !! This dealership is good until after you purchase a vehicle from them. Then you don't even exist. From the finance dept to the general manager they won't return your call. So, after 3 weeks of leaving countless, polite messages still no return call. Very horrible experience pay a few dollars more if you have to somewhere else and get better customer service. A very horrible experience!!!

My boyfriend bought a brand new 2022 dodge ram from this dealership and paid for premium service . The truck is only 6 months old and already has a problem with the speakers , which the dealership has yet to service. And today my boyfriend ran over a nail and got a flat, to which he drove to the dealership to the service department and got told to wait at least an hour for his tire change. He ended up changing his own tire in front of the service department with no help from multiple staff members watching. We've been here for over an hour and have not received any customer service or service on the vehicle. Zero stars, would not recommend this dealership. They take no care of customers and fail miserably in their service department.

The facility is fair. Customer service leads a bit to be desired. Spending over $100,000 on a 70th anniversary Corvette, with no call or email follow up on the status change, is unheard of. I do find it difficult to believe there are that many corvettes being ordered they can not reach out to inform you of the status, especially when there was a change we made to the order, and called the salesman who said to email. We had emailed the salesman as requested and still no follow up. Also reached out the the GM at the location who never followed up. Now, myself coming from the customer service industry, you always assist the customer in ‘making it right’. No call, email, nothing. I’m sorry, I would not recommend this dealer for ordering a $100,000 plus car!

Simply put 2 words. Robert Grande!! Financing process was smooth, seamless and straightforward. Run don't walk to Wallace if you need any type of car. He is the best Finance Manager hands down
