Do NOT purchase 2024 Chevy trax. Any issues with the vehicle the service department manager will not help you or replace anything. My touch screen and reverse camera are wigging out and at times going into a green screen or completely black. I have pictures. They had my car for two days and this is the second time with the same response “we cannot replicate what is happening to you, oh well” if you look up the vehicle there are tons of reported issues with the same matters. Including the vehicle turning off when you put it in drive. Normally I always buy from that dealership…at least 4 times…but after this I will tell everyone to stay away!! P.S. they response saying they will reach out. They don’t!

I was happy to receive my vehicle back clean. Still waiting on the backordered parts.
I am extremely concerned about the continuing problem with the dashboard bubbling problem. I've had this repaired once before and now it is happening again. What is Chevrolet doing about this??? What happens when my warranty is up and this continuing problem occurs again?? I was looking into purchasing a new Z06 LT3 and now am reconsidering. This problem should not occur on a highend vehicle. My vehicle is garage kept and only has 5,000 miles on it. Chevrolet should be revisiting the manufacture of this component to ensure it is permantently fixed.

Tell your greedy desk manager that walked me over $900, that Autonation Pembroke Pines did the deal on the same truck at a lower price. I saved $900 by going there. Really...Dumb move on your part.

This is just crazy. I bought a $60,000 truck and a $3,700 extended warranty from Wallace Chevy in Stuart on US1. At 73,000 miles my transmission has a failure with the torque converter. The warranty company denied my claim because I have a QR code on my truck for my business. They claim it is commercial. However it is not registered commercial. It is insured not commercial nor does it meet the requirements of a commercial vehicle for my industry by state standards. It amazes me that Chevy has continued to have these transmission issues. I wonder if these issue have to continue for another decade before they fix this massive problem. So let's move past this, do you think the dealership who sold me a $3,700 warranty got on there horse to defend their client. To me it appears NO, screw you customer! The best part is when they fixed my truck we went to pay and they lost my keys. We also requested the General Manager call us. It seems you can not speak to the GM by calling. They have layers to protect them from helping their customers. That should be a huge Red flag. So we left a message asking he please call us back. NO CALL from the GM. I guess my business is just not that important. I have been a very loyal Chevy owner but between Wallace and Chevy I am reconsidering. If you are thinking about buying a Chevy please check with your local mechanic about transmission problems with the model you want to buy, or just plan on spending thousands on repairs. And don't trust the salesman to tell you the truth, it's all about profit! Sad.

My dad use to work for Wallace and I have always purchased my cars here over the years along with all my family. My dad retired a few years ago and we were in the market to buy another car. I wasn’t sure how the process would be after he left . we originally were taking the car in for some service and decided to just trade it in . I was happy to see a lot of familiar faces and met some new ones . Everyone was super helpful in trying to work out a deal that made everyone feel comfortable . We took the truck to extreme performance after to have the truck lifted and rims done highly recommend everyone who helped us out . I will forever be loyal to Wallace .

I wanted a new silver Colorado that had all the features I wanted including remote start. It was not in inventory. I was talked into taking a white Colorado from inventory and was lead to believe it had remote start and floor mats. It does not. I asked to have the remote start put in the truck I bought. As of now they have not agreed to do so. If they make this right, I will gladly change my review.
In reading the dealer response I'm confused because NO ONE has contacted me despite my attempts to reach the GM.
Funny it's been a week and no one has called me yet.

I wish to express my gratitude to Joe Hill and Nick the finance guy for their exceptional service. If you are in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting these two individuals. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect van. From negotiating the price to securing a favorable interest rate, they did everything in their power to help me. They kept me informed every step of the way and maintained open lines of communication.
