The service u have received here has been exceptional from start to finish. They’ve maintained this from purchase to my first service. Wallace Chevrolet has shown it genuinely cares for the customer.

Horrible experience. As first-time buyers, this was extremely upsetting—especially since it happened just days before Christmas. What should have been an exciting and meaningful moment for our family turned into a stressful and disappointing ordeal.While the sales representative was pleasant at the beginning, the experience quickly changed. Toward the end, the attitude became rude and impatient, including comments made about the amount of time the process was taking. As parents, sometimes children need to be present, and a family-friendly environment should be understanding of that—especially during such an overwhelming purchase.The manager on duty showed little concern, and although the finance representative was acceptable, it was clear the situation was an inconvenience to the staff rather than a valued customer experience. To make matters worse, floor mats that were clearly agreed upon and written into the paperwork were not fully provided.Overall, the dealership failed to deliver the care, patience, and professionalism expected—especially for first-time buyers making an important family decision. We would strongly recommend that other families consider going elsewhere.

We had a car that we wanted to sell straight up. It was a Chevy Equinox that had only 4,000 miles on it. We knew that because of its like new condition and really low mileage, it would be pretty desirable and bring a good price. We decided to first, get a bid from Wallace Chevrolet in Stuart, Fl. Clearly the used car manager did not think the great condition or low mileage was important. After going through all the typical sales garbage they throw at you…. “How much do you want for the car?” (Dumb question that has no relation to how much they’ll pay). “The new model is redesigned so there’s not much call for this year” (you can stop the set up and just give me the price you’ll pay)! “White’s not really a good color” (BS, this is Florida, do I look like I was born yesterday?) “This is the best price you’ll get anywhere but, it’s only good for 24 hours” (Right dude!).
After all the typical car dealer garbage laid on us, they gave us a price of $23,500. Next, we went to CarMax up in Jensen Beach, FL to get a bid. What was Carmax’s (no bs, no haggling) good for 7 days price? $25,000. Guess who now owns our Chevy Equinox? You bet… CarMax!
Why anyone would go to a dealer to sell/trade or buy a used car is beyond me!

Pulled in for some service and wasn't greeted or anything just a bunch of grumpy looks. Sat there for 15 minutes without a single person saying anything. Not looking for red carpet but come on.

We went in to look. We drove out with a new to us pick up truck. Miguel Saucedo was very knowledgeable and personable. He was the perfect salesman for us. We don't liked to be pushed or pressured by a salesman, and Miguel was so patient to answer all of our many questions. We felt that he was very honest with us and went the extra mile. The sales manager was a pleasure to work with as well. He really worked with us to make this deal happen. One other thing I loved about buying our truck from Wallace Chevrolet was the paperwork did not take all day to complete like other dealerships we have worked with. Our financial worker, Francisco was able to get us a great interest rate and a great deal on an extended warranty. All in all it was a great experience.

Another fantastic experience in buying a new truck from Wallace Chevrolet in Stewart. Met with John to start with, who turned me over to Dieter as my salesman. Then met with Nick and F&I, and everything went smooth. It took us a little bit of time to work out some of the details I needed to understand and wanted for my new truck, and we finally got to a place where everyone agreed. The whole process is just a pleasure. So respectful and caring.

I love my Service representative Don, but the diesel tech and Team cannot figure out why my engine light keeps coming on. I have had the truck in repair at least a dozen times this year.

whenever you only get a day advance off of being off work and then you call and try to get your vehicle serviced and they won’t work with you. That’s pretty sad.
