What a ridiculous way to do business. Got my quote and was satisfied with that so I decided to move forward with them. Their phone system never worked correctly. Communication was terrible. Service was terrible. Costs were higher than the quote with no explanation. All that said, my car looks as good as new. Thanks to the folks in the garage but man, your folks in the office are sorely lacking in people skills.

I have been waiting for parts for over a month with no ETA, they don’t return calls and show no since of urgency. My car has been at Wallace since 2/17/23 it is 3/27/23. I’m paying car payment and rental car fees. The only time I hear oh we checking to see what inventory came in is when I call. They don’t call back to provide updates.Service: Body & Trim

Asked for a quote, they wouldn't quote me, the lady was not helpful. I tried to bend over backwards to spend money with them, they said they couldn't do body work. 2015 ram 2500 Cummins.

I went in on Jan 4 got a quote for repairs. They told me to order the spoiler and call them to schedule an appointment once the SPOLIER came in. I called friday and left a message. No call back so i called Monday and they said oh we cant do anything until later march but we also need a credit card authorization form filled out. Got the email..filled it out and they didnt call me back. So i called yesterday and they said oh...we willl call you right back because i don't think we can do those repairs now."...what? Ok no call back. Finally called today...transferred to the new collison manager he says "oh we cant do that because your car will throw codes and then Tesla won't correct it. I said sir thats not true they will clear my codes..."oh and we cant get that part" but the other manager could? "Yes he went through another outside source" and you cant? "Well we could but" but what??? "Well ok if you order the part i can put it on for you, but why would you want us to do it when you can take it to Tesla?? BECAUSE sir, You WALLACE Collison came highly recommended and because i would have to drive the car all the way to Palm Beach get a ride back then drive down again to get the car!!!!!!! i hung up POS manager and group...I HATE getting the run around.In response to your comment to contact the BS manager...he is the one who I spoke to and also ask me "Why would I bring my car to Wallace Collision"....Maybe you should ask him why he has no faith in the company he works for.

Buying my 2016 Sonata 2.4 was a great experience and my salesman, Michael Forrester, was very knowledgeable and answered every question that I had, even if it meant researching the answer if he didn't know it. I am very happy with the car's performance and have had no problems with it (I'm writing this review a year and 5 months after purchase). The reason I gave a 4 star, instead of a 5 star, rating is because of their service department. It can be "hit or miss" and I have had some problems with what should have been standard scheduled maintenance. My first service trip in for an oil change was a 3 hour and 45 minute wait!!! Yes, I DID call for an appointment the week before instead of "showing-up" unannounced. On another visit, I have Nitrogen in my tires and asked for my tires to be filled to specification as I noticed that the tire pressure was dropping. The NEXT DAY, a warning âš ï¸ light came on because of "low tire pressure!" I had to go to a "special" local tire shop that has NITROGEN! They, of course, CHARGED ($15.00) me to put Nitrogen in my tires. Grrrrrrr. I had JUST PAID Wallace the DAY BEFORE to do that!!! I have "learned" in my trips to service since, to speak in depth with the Service Writer both BEFORE and AFTER the service. Make SURE that everything on your list is, indeed, done! âï¸On a "UP" note, the Service Manager did try to work out something "extra" on my next services after the not-so-positive trips I experienced.âï¸ Thanks for reading my "rant!" Otherwise, Wallace is a great place. ðŸ‘ðŸ»
