This is the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My grandfather passed away, and my grandmother, who cannot drive, needed help returning the lease. Unfortunately, the customer service team did not provide any assistance during this difficult time.

I recently had a service experience with Wallace Genesis that left me extremely disappointed. I called on April 25 regarding an issue with my vehicle's AC, and was shocked to hear that the next available appointment was not until June 4. I called again to see if I could speak to the Genesis service advisor was advised that she was in the weeds and very busy. When I asked if there were any other options or if something could be done sooner, the representative's suggestion to simply roll down my windows was not only unhelpful but also frustrating.

Having a need for information regarding a certain Genesis GV80 I was connected on the phone with service writer Kristine Allyn. She was very pleasant and eager to assist me with my needs. She promptly provided me with the information I needed and genuinely seemed happy to do it. I will highly recommend her as her worth in customer service is hard to come by these days.

Love my GV80. Was the worst purchasing experience I've ever had! Extremely rude and pushy sales and manager. They are so busy in the service department that they don't answer the phone or return calls. Had to go to the dealer's service department to make an appointment. No such thing as bringing a car to you while yours is being serviced, like I was promised. A car was not even reserved for me. Was given a ride home and they forgot to pick me up to return. I called Jay Gonzalez (who answers his phone) to get the service people to help me. In the year that I've had my car, Jay is the only person that has any customer service skills.

Have to book valet service 3 months in advance. When they clean/wash after service, they never in 5 visits got windshield clean.

I put a deposit down on a genesis that i wanted to purchase, being that it was completely refundable and being from out of state, i wasn’t sure if i was going to be able to pick up the vehicle. I told them i needed my deposit back on March 12th, through my salesman ahmed and the manager at the time. They both assured me that it would be back by the end of the week. Now no one from the finance department, nor anyone that’s willing to help me picks up the phone, and if they do they claim to look and will give me a call back and never do. An EXTREMELY unprofessional place and would not recommend them for any purchase whatsoever.

Very poor communication from service dept. My car has been in the shop for three days and haven’t received a single call updating the status. Also unable to give me a loaner of any kind, making me have to rely on others to get to and from work. Will never do business again from Wallace.

Needed to bring my 2024 GV80 in for oil change. Low oil light also came on. Called to schedule service and the girl was so snotty. She almost didn't believe me that my car is a 2024. Then she said that the next available appointment wasn't until 2 months out. I told her the low oil light came on and it needed to be in sooner. She snipped back and said that was all she had. So I asked about the valet, since Genesis owners are "supposed" to be priority. She said that was still all there was. Needless to say I will not be going to wallace for service. This is not my first bad experience with wallace, but it was when I had a hyundai. They wouldn't even service my car because I didn't buy it from them. But I thought since it is Genesis I would give them another chance. Nope, still treated exactly the same.

The absolute worst customer service and follow through in the service department. They will promise a call back but never do, promise to order parts but never do, and the worst part is you can't even get service advisors on the phone. I acknowledge that this is likely not their fault and a bigger issue. Wallace clearly needs to hire more people so that they can handle the volume and actually treat customers as valued clients and not just a nuisance because they are over worked and under staffed. Unfortunately, I'm stuck going to them for immediate needs as they are the closest genesis but I will never buy a vehicle here.

Went to the dealership today to purchase/lease a GV70. They did not have the color GV70 we wanted. So I wanted to know the pricing so I could decide If I wanted the vehicle. The sales manger would not give me pricing without the vehicle was here and they wanted a $2000 deposit. I told them I need to know the price/payments before I give them a deposit and decide to purchase the GV70. So we walked out and was were leaving the dealership when the manger was yelling at us across the parking lot (Low Class).
