Called the wallace. Haundi/Genesis dealership was greeted nicely.I asked to speak to a salesman to inquire about 24 Genesis gv80 priced at $78,000The person answered, named AJ, the salesmanger.He promised to review the requested pictures about my trade-in to call me within a few hours.He also mentioned that if he doesn't call me for me to call... after 4 hours, he never called me!!! So I called him he said people in the showroom are more important since they are there?!He did not value my time nor respected me as a client . He is rude and ignorant as he feels being a sales manager is a big deal..., we you are nothing but a glorified used car salesman!!!I don't recommend this dealership, nor AJ as a salesman. Rudeness doesn't get you anywhere!!!

Reached out to this dealership to inquire if they had a tire for a GV80. No other places in the area had one. After 3 tries over 2 days, leaving my contact info., I heard nothing from them. When I called I got answer machine. After purchasing a $80K auto, you would think customers would be treated better

Worst service ever! My son requested an appointment for the 10k maintenance and they didn’t have a availability for 2 months. Anyway, today, 2 months later He takes his car at the time of the appointment (11:00 am) and they left the car parked there, 2 and a half hour’s later and after He asked a couple times how long will take, they told Him that they were going to “start” working on His car. This is totally disrespectful and inconsiderate with people’s time. 4 hours sitting there for an oil change and tire rotation?? Doesn’t make sense!

Well, Genesis makes a great car, but where you buy it is important, and Wallace would NOT be that place. Why? Because their Service Department is below par. Example, New GV 70 All Wheel Drive warning light comes on, manual says call the Service Dept. Call the department and they don't know how to fix, when they can fix and sorry we don't have a loaner car for you. We will call you back ! Call back and can't give you a loaner,and then nothing. Finally get a call to bring in as an "emergency appointment, ad they would get back to us. Now 9 days later and nothing. Consider another dealer, or maybe not a Genesis as all

6/13/23Valet Service picked up car to install a part. Excellent service provided by all. The driver, Ticaya, was personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The Valet Staff (Leela and Kristine) were both professional and friendly. They kept me informed the entire time. Thank you! I didn’t deal directly with the Service Team, but I thank them as well for providing quick and quality service.2/6/23Since then, I can’t seem to get an answer as to if they still offer Valet service. Keisha Rivera picked up our new 2022 GV70 in August. I’ve contacted the dealership for Valet service and get nothing. Very confusing!The Wallace Genesis team provided outstanding service. The Valet team (Melanie and Anne) were both personable, efficient, and professional. My Genesis G80 was picked up and delivered in a timely manner, and all requests were completed by the Service Department. Genesis is a quality brand with an excellent support team behind it. I highly recommend Wallace Genesis!

Took my deposit on incoming v70 and of course all numbers change 2 weeks later. Same month no incentives change Ahmed is very nasty individual. Hes a managerBeen in business 30 yrs and never treated anyone like this.

Avoid doing business with Wallace Genesis....I tried to buy a GV70 that was in transit. While talking with Cameron, A so called Manager, we made a verbal deal to hold the car in my name while we waited for it to be delivered. I offered to place a deposit down on the vehicle by cc over the phone. He told me that I would have to drive down from Melbourne, 1.5 hrs. drive, and do it in person. I have done this by cc in the past with other Dealers before including a Genesis dealership before...after talking it over with Cameron he told me he would hold it untill it was around 5 days before physical delivery . at that time I would drive down with my deposit. Unfortunately yesterday I received a phonemail from a Woman...not Coward Cameron, informing me that It had been sold to a person from Miami. I asked to talk to Cameron and during out heated conversation he said basically to go to He-- and hung up. I will tell everyone about this to warn them of businesses that don't keep their word... I called another dealer as Wallace lost a 60K$ sale. They are holding one for me as desired....

Made an appointment to see a specific vehicle. It wasn't there,nor was the other I inquired about. Had to drive 17 miles to the dealership that had it because apparently Wallace owns all the dealerships in the area.I had the Kelly blue book value of my trade and knew what a fair value was. They didn't want to give me a decent trade value,even after I drove all the way to the other dealership to look at the car,not happy.Found the same vehicle the next day at another dealership great experience .

I had to bring my Genesis G80 in for its first complimentary oil change, a nail in the tire, as well as an issue with the sun-screen. I called and was put in touch with Kristine in service who not only got me an earlier appointment, but also was able to address all three issues in one trip. She was kind, informative, and made sure to give me updates throughout the process. Highly recommend Kristine and her team for any of your Hyundai/Volvo/Genesis needs! 10/10.

I was in the market for a Genesis GV80. I live in Palm Beach County and had stopped at almost every dealership from Ft. Lauderdale to Palm Beach Gardens. Finally I took the drive to Stuart. I can honestly say that purchasing a vehicle from Joni at Wallace Genesis was the best experience that I have ever had buying a vehicle. There was an issue with the particular vehicle that we were interested in. Joni disclosed this as soon as we inquired. I did find a vehicle that we liked at a different dealership(it was not yet delivered). Joni kept us posted and made an incredible effort to get us this vehicle. The best part is that we were able to pick up advertised discounts/rebates as well as some additional savings that no other dealer came close to matching. We love the car and truly appreciate Joni's efforts. She was helpful and kind, most importantly she applied no pressure whatsoever related to trying to make a sale. Thank you Joni and Wallace for providing an outstanding experience!!

We had been looking to buy a GV70 for over a year and our sales associate, AZ, and all the Wallace staff went over and beyond to make it happen! AZ was very patient and attentive, never pushy, an absolute pleasure to work with! We would highly recommend this Wallace Genesis dealership. Their pricing was as advertised at MSRP, with no dealer markups. Family owned business and it shows in the friendliness of the entire staff!

They called me to tell me the specific model I wanted had arrive. When I got there they showed me the car and it had been totaled in transit (entire roof caved in). Why didn’t they tell me that when they called? I live far away and am disabled, I never would have gone if the car wasn’t available. It’s 2023 when is this archaic car salesman cliche going to end?

Absolutely terrible experience at Wallace Genesis yesterday. I went in to look at the Genesis GV70, but I'm not absolutely bent on buying a new car right this second. It was more exploratory, and so I went in looking for numbers. The salesman (new kid) was great. He explained everything about the vehicle, and was attentive and helpful. Where things went off the rails is when he brought "the manager" in because I was asking to see the numbers. This "manager guy" straight-up needs to be fired. If there was a sale to be had, he did everything in his power to make sure it wasn't going to happen because of his attitude and unwillingness to answer questions or be honest about anything I asked. I was looking for numbers, and he vehemently refused to do so at every turn. He even told me "why am I going to go through all of this work to get you the numbers if you're not ready to commit". Imagine that? Threatening your own pocket book? You know the normal auto sales "trick", where they ask you for all the numbers *you're comfortable with*, and then ask if they can get you those numbers do we have a deal? -- It's the slimiest trick in the book, and he stands by it. NOWHERE else do you go and have to deal with this nonsense (other than car dealerships). Imagine if you had to do that at Walmart? No... you give me numbers and I'll tell you if it's a good deal or not. On top of that, this individual was combative, argumentative, and otherwise was just acting as if I was wasting his time. Perhaps I was wasting his time if he was 100% reliant on a sale... because I wasn't there yet. But that's HOW YOU BUILD RELATIONSHIPS! I will NEVER be back to this dealer so as long as the little dog is employed there. After I left, I went to another dealer down the street, and had a FANTASTIC experience, great conversation, and got everything I asked for (in terms of pricing, etc) as the individual was a joy to work with. Exact opposite of Wallace Genesis. Sad.

Genesis tries to compare itself to Lexus and Mercedes. While my G80 is a good car and comparable to the many Lexus I've had in the past, their service is not remotely the same as Lexus. Let's face it, you purchase a Genesis but you get basic Hyundai service. Not even in the same league with Lexus dealerships. When I got my car back from a recent oil change, there was confetti all over the floorboard and dash. I was in a hurry, so i took my car and left. I told the service manager later and he apologized. But I can guarantee you'd never get this sort of poor service at Lexus or Mercedes. Genesis got in over it's head and isn't ready to offer upscale luxury vehicle service yet. I'm seriously debating trading my Genesis in on a Lexus or Alpha Romeo. Yes, the car is good, but the overall experience is very underwhelming.
