I took my vehicle into their service department for complimentary oil change and wheel rotation twice. The first time they charged the warranty dept for wheel rotation they did not rotate. The second time they only rotated two of four wheels blaming it on treadwear and dry rot. The tires have 30k wear and should last several more years and should still be warranted. In both cases, I had to waste another half workday returning my vehicle to the service department where they ultimately fixed everything to my satisfaction. If you bring your vehicle here, take photos of everything and verify they complete everything.

So 42 days ago my car had to be towed in to Wallace Hyundai because the engine stalled on US1 for over a month I got the run around from multiple service advisors, we have it in now looking at it, no we haven’t had the chance to look at yet I don’t know why they told you that but they are now no long here, we are a month out on appointments we will look at it tomorrow, this went on for a month. Finally they were able to get it in and find out it was a seized engine and would be replaced by warranty and put me in a rental car since I had been without a car for over a month now. So a week later my car is done, I go to pick it up and there is grease/oil on the hood, the driver door (inside and out) my interior and it’s fresh, when I touched it it came off on my hand. I said something to them and they told me it was like that when the tow truck driver dropped it off 42 days ago and refused to do anything further. This is absolutely uncalled for.

Absolutely horrible service. My car was brought in with a battery fault in May. Handled under warranty. Work was completed in September no communication unless I called to check. When I picked up my car it was missing a lug nut. I asked about it and they offered to sell me a set of four. This is reminiscent of when they did a service and tire rotation and did not replace 5 lug nuts had to have the car towed back to the dealership. Total incompetence.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing a 2024 Hyundai Sonata from Wallace Hyundai, and I can’t recommend this dealership enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Jason, my sales representative, was exceptional throughout the entire process.
Jason took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the features of the 2024 Sonata with great expertise and enthusiasm. His knowledge about the vehicle was impressive, and he answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I appreciated how he explained the leasing options and helped me find a plan that fit my budget perfectly.
The Sonata itself is a fantastic vehicle—stylish, comfortable, and loaded with advanced technology. I was particularly impressed with its safety features and fuel efficiency. It truly offers great value for a modern sedan.

Service depart absolutely blows. Jennifer Egan lacks the basic communications when car has been in service from 0730, and service was completed at 1300. Apparently I was to notify her when I needed my car for her to give a completion call

Ok, let’s say my last visit started ok, then went downhill really fast! I went in for a recall and door handle repair. After a few days of no activity I get a phone call detailing a repair of over 1k for a door handle repair on a vehicle that’s 13yrs old. I must admit I lost my composure and went off the rails on my service rep Dale, but after talking to the service manager, I came to realize that it is in no way the fault of the dealership in the pricing of parts that require electronics and other parts encased in plastic housing that break! Believe me I’m still seething and automotive part pricing. So to sum this up, make sure you get a comprehensive estimate on the coast and process to repair your vehicles!!
NOTE: The door wouldn’t open and it was a safety matter that required a repair regardless of cost!

Bought a new Santa Fe here a couple of months ago. The car is now totally not drivable due to transmission issues. There is a known recall. The SUV has been at the shop for more than 12 days and hasn’t been looked at at all. No sense of urgency despite this being a new car that I bought at this dealership. Go elsewhere

I recently had a terrible experience at Hyundai Stuart. The customer service was absolutely horrible Alex the service associate has no attention to customer. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the staff had no interest in listening to my needs or concerns. They were dismissive and unprofessional, making me feel like my business was not valued at all.
Despite repeatedly explaining what I was looking for, the salespeople seemed more interested in pushing their own agenda rather than helping me find the right car. They barely acknowledged my questions and concerns, and their rude attitude made the entire process extremely frustrating.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're looking for a place where your needs are heard and respected, look elsewhere. This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had!

Do not buy from this dealership, especially if you plan to get any service done. Whenever you call, they're always booking a month out. Its ridiculous, a bunch a lies and practically a scam. So do not buy from here and please don't buy any extended warranties because you will be wasting your money because your car will never get serviced.
Post response. The day I wrote this review 8.12.24, I left a message for a service manager to call me back. Was told the service manager is on vacation and that Mike who is filling in would call me. Guess what? I'm still waiting, but I see Scott the service manager has replied.

Do not trust service department- they will lie straight to your face saying work is completed when it was actually never done. Supervisor of service department is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you have to drop your vehicles off here, you should probably stay and watch.
