Went in today to just look for a new vehicle. A salesman from England was not listening to anything we were saying to him. When we were looking on our own and decided to wait because they didn't have the vehicle we wanted. He walked away saying "thanks for wasting my time". Just because we didn't buy today did not mean we would not be back. Well not now. Poor customer service!!

After having our USED vehicle for almost an entire month we received a call from the company stating that we did not provide our proof of income which was not true we provided it to the finance dept while we were sitting at their desk and we have email evidence of so. They wanted us to come back in and rework the deal stating that our payment would go up if we did so because it had been a month to which we told them to refund our $500 down payment and come get the vehicle since they failed to submit all of the necessary info to the bank in a timely manner. They agreed to refund our down payment in full and pick up the car from our home since we live about an hour and a half away. The car was then picked up by our salesman (Rocque who had no fault in this matter, he was a really great salesman) After they had the car back in their possession we called several times to no avail and left several voicemails regarding the refund. No one would return our calls until a MONTH later when the GM Rich finally reached back out to me being extremely rude and is now refusing to refund our $500 deposit on our vehicle stating that the condition in which the car came back to them was bad (I live on a dirt road the car was only dirty no damage) and that there were miles on the car (I also live over an HOUR away & technically never owned the car due to their lack of work in the finance dept) he refused to have someone above him contact me and stated that he used to be a cop (obviously not a good one) moral of the story they failed to submit the necessary information to the bank in a timely manner and made errors in their finance dept which caused this entire issue. I have contacted a civil attorney on this case as well as the department of motor vehicles, the attorney generals office, and Better Business Bureau. The saddest part about this situation is the dealership itself gets a bad wrap due to bad employees, those said employees being Rich and Marc the so-called managers. I HIGHLY recommend the salesmen but the Sales Mangers and the General Manager do not care at all about their customers nor their jobs apparently. Please head this warning if you are contemplating using this dealership.

I had written a review previously and took it down so my car could get service without retaliation. I dropped my car off at Wallace Kia on Father's Day weekend. My car was shimmying and shaking and going into limp mode with the engine light on. My service advisor Jake called me the next day to tell me I had some cracked spark plugs and they were going to replace all four under warranty. I don't understand how a one-year-old car can crack spark plugs. I was not given an explanation and sent on my way. My car would shake at red lights and stall inside parking lots. I took it back to Wallace Kia for them to tell me I have a serious fuel issue and that they would have to keep my car for a couple days and they supplied me with a rental car. I was called back at the end of the day to say that my car is fine and just keep driving it. You could smell gas inside the car so I stopped at my local oil change place and they told me that I had gas inside my oil do not drive it and have it towed. I had it towed back to Wallace for the third time where they again told me just drive it and the gas will burn off. I took it to another Kia dealership service center and they told me that I have clogged fuel injectors they were filled with carbon and that if Wallace would have changed them while they were doing the warranty work for the spark plugs I would not have to pay to have my fuel injectors cleaned. Which ended up costing me around $600 to have the fuel injectors cleaned and to pay for a rental car because I had to go a couple cities over to get adequate service. After having the fuel injectors cleaned and the spark plugs changed I was still having engine issues. I talked to the service manager at Wallace Kia and he informed me that the mechanic that worked on my card did not feel like working there at all so my car was definitely overlooked and my service advisor had already given his notice to go somewhere else so I definitely was not a top priority. I had enough of living and Kia service centers that I finally just traded my Kia in for a Toyota. I would never buy another Kia product again they have so many engine recalls and I feel that the dealers just don't want to invest time and energy in fighting to have a customer's engine replaced. Anyone interested in buying a Kia product needs to research Kia engine fires or in my case Kia Soul engine fires. I don't know how Kia can keep making vehicles and even the 2023s are recalled and they are telling customers to park outside.

We bought a car from Wallace Kia Stuart and Donald was the salesman. He was an excellent salesman. He could answer any questions I had concerning the car. He was patient and kind. Go get yourself a Kia from Donald. You won't regret it.

I called this car dealer and received a person named Jerome Williams. Who lied to me from the very start? I said I'll never buy a car there. I hung up on the guy and now it calls me everyday. The guy refuses to give up. Do not go to Wallace, Kia. Unless you want to be lied to by their sales people. Hes harassing me now, and I'm ready to call the police if this doesn't stop. stay away from Wallace Kia, maybe they'll fire this idiot if he has enough complaints.

I purchased a Kia Forte on the 31st of May . The salesman said they had 10 more cars to reach their quota for the month . We proceeded to make a deal after 4 hours at the dealership . Ended up having two more deals to be made for their quota . The sales manager was going to put new tires and have a few minor dents and scratches repaired for us . When they reached their quota we were the 11th so he came back and said we cannot repair the dents and scratches on the vehicle. The salesman told us that he would get in trouble if he kept pushing the issue . I think it's very unfair what the sales manager did and did not even come and speak with us personally . They ended up putting a different tire on the vehicle which was the cheapest Tire they sell . We've bought two other vehicles from Wallace and we're very happy with the exception of this one. Very poor management skills

I had an amazing experience with Mr.Rohan King! He was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the cars shown. The best part of my experience was the fact that he took his time, i didn't feel pressured to make choices that wouldn't fit myself or my families needs. The process wasn't as long as it typically takes most dealerships so that was also a plus! I highly recommend this dealership and if possible, ask For Rohan! You won't be disappointed. I also would like to shed light on Mr.Brian (love the pink shirts btw)! He was amazing as well and we can't wait to purchase my husband's car next!

Although there have been several negative reviews for this dealership, I must say that I have had a fantastic experience during my last few visits, with the service department. I have always received routine maintenance during these visits, and Scott has been my go-to person each time. During my most recent visit, I was promptly greeted, readily remembered, and efficiently assisted throughout the duration of my car's maintenance process. I was even provided with a phone call when my car was ready in a remarkable three hours despite having multiple items to fix such as a mysterious sound, oil change, tire maintenance, minor safety recall, and car wash. As I arrived, I was greeted by Scott who was walking towards the back. Upon seeing me, he immediately altered his path to personally hand me my keys and sign in my paperwork. Without a doubt, I will always request Scott for any of my future appointments.

This dealership not professional,this is second times I have to deal with but it not going anywhere any deals ,slow and not details and proficiency, just like the first time still not professional ,when you shopping this dealership make sure going details and numbers on the paper before to buy anything ,KIA or depending on what dealerships still added Mark up price on MSRP sticker price so looking for that too , if you're not willing to pay out of your hard earned money ,the money and your trade in too , make sure you get top money compared with Kelly Blue book and maybe another dealership appraisal ,well a long list to say but I might not shopping this dealership anymore compared what experience and pricing at another dealership in South Florida where I can get better deal and pricing!!!!!!¡!!!
