Rich is very friendly and pleasant. He held the doors for me as we navigated the building, twice, and is just a pleasure to work with. Very kind young man. Shuttle service is very helpful and the driver is always a joy to be around. I’m thankful to have the opportunity to be serviced here at this dealership!

I wanted to look for a new suv long ago but I was so lazy to go on. Car dealers are not my best bet. They all talk too much and do not let clients make our mind. But in nissan wallance I felt like I had the time enough to take my own decision.

There was a error on the service pricing from previous service writers incorrect entering into system. Was given this explanation after the car was service. Had no problem paying for services but the way the matter was handled was not right. I had manager explaining to me the reason as if it was my fault it happen and for questioning the reason for the price changed ,even though I am the customer and it was the staff whom made a mistake. I have been coming to this center since I moved to Stuart back in 2018. I had my transmission changed and my other nissian truck service at this location. I spent a lot of money and given them my loyalty but today I will be going to another nissian dealer for service and purchasing a new vehicle.

Is it me? When you make an appointment for a specific day at a specific time doesn't that mean they start working on your car at or near that time? Or what is the purpose of an appointment. This service department is garbage. I sat there for four hours believing that they were working on my car since my 11 am appointment. She did tell me it would be a few hours. OK no problem. After the 4th hour I get up and check my truck and see they haven't even started work. This is a confirmed 11 am APPOINTMENT! In those 4 hours of waiting not one person said a word to me or updated me about anything. I left. There is absolutely no SERVICE in this service department. Never going back. Totally amateurish and unprofessional

Barry Brown has been our go to for almost a decade now. Our family doesn’t trust anyone else to take care of our new (or CPO) needs.I visited a dealership rival and it was the most awful experience immediately so we came to Wallace 3 days later. Barry recognized us when we walked in the door, was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles we were interested in, and ultimately advocated to get me the best deal possible.We’ll continue to shop at Nissan solely because of the care and honesty standards that Barry sets.

I have tried to get in touch with the service manager Rob. No call back. I have been loyal to Wallace for years.. the new employees at the service stations are not knowledgeable. The young boy tells me I need rear brakes.. I ask some follow up questions.. the kid doesn't know.. but doesn't even go get another technician to explain anything to me.. I took my car and left. My paperwork they gave me said my battery failed inspection... However - No one even TOLD ME ABOUT IT! Thank goodness when I got home i read the paperwork! I will not be back. Thanks for the follow up!!

I brought my car in, that I purchased from your dealership, for an oil change. This was at 7:30AM While there, I got a diagnostic report done for $180, which they then told me I needed thousands of dollars of work done. At 9:30, my car was still on the lift, and I told them to finish the oil change, and to give me my report so I could think about my options. I didn't leave until after 10:30.. and when the cashier gave me my paperwork- they only gave me the receipt and not a copy of my diagnostic report. I called and asked to get a copy emailed, faxed, or mailed to me. After speaking with two people, I still have not gotten a copy of my report. I want a refund

I went to go trade in my car and Michael Tatto was my sales rep. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and efficient. He got me into a brand new car for just the price i was looking for. I was extremely happy with the service and i’m happy I decided to go with Nissan!
