Terrible service appt. We have purchased 3 cars from this dealership. We won't be back. Dave in service has been there a long time, but it seems he has gotten entitled. Now the shop foreman runs the show. He totally blew our service appt for a loose side view mirror. Simple fix for sure. But not for this shop. Too bad Wallace you lost a return customer.

Definitely the fastest & easier I've ever financed a car through.. Arthur was nothing short of outstanding. HUGE. plus for me was that he was from Caribbean decent just like my family so it was very easy to feel as ease. He went above & beyond & I GOT THE CAR I WANTED !! Bait and switch, bait and switch, bait and switch. Dealt with people from all over this automotive group, from the online sales reps to in person guys. Everything they advertise is false, they often don't have the car they have listed on the website and do whatever they can to lock you into a bad deal with what they have on lot (which honestly, is slim pickings). After being lied to by different parts of the staff about who has what job, getting 3 different prices of trade ins (they low ball you, and play the game of giving you a little more every time you say no). After all the lying about who was a manager and who knew what they had on the lot etc, an inside sales rep called us saying he'd do whatever he can to get us the payment we want before he then offered us payments HIGHER than the inflated ones they showed us at the dealership, lol. Good luck buying one of their dirty cars on the lot. Don't expect the advertised pricing or trust their internet/inside sales reps.

I had a great experience with the whole team at Stuart of VW. I especially give a lot of credit to Arthur my sales person and the GM Lance . Arthur has many years of experience in the industry with helping trade my previous Kia Seltos in. I felt no pressure buying a vehicle. They were very patient with me picking a particular color, nothing but honesty and the best offer for me. I will always recommend seeing Arthur and the VW of stuart dealership. Thank you I love my new Taos.

Just bought a used VW Tiguan from Jason at Wallace. He was very nice and patient as we test drove multiple vehicles. Even texted me after to let me know I left a CD in my trade in car.

Don't bother wasting your time at all the other south Florida VW Dealerships with their scripted sales pitch and bait and switch tactics. I called Wallace on a specific car for my son and was connected to Sharon Maximus, the sales rep. I told her that I didn't have the time to come to the showroom and spend hours negotiating like I had at other dealerships. I wanted VW lease financing and not a secondary lender that was being pushed upon us at the other dealerships. Sharon not only quoted a considerably lower monthly payment, the paperwork was done before I came into the showroom. We were able to sign and drive out of the showroom in 45 minutes. Thank you Sharon and everyone at Wallace. You're the best!

I'm so happy with my purchase! The Sales Team was amazing and provided great service! I want to Thank Cisco, Steve and Sharon for truly making my trade in such a great and positive experience! Special Thanks to Sharon Maximus she was very knowledgeable and helpful she went over all the features and benefits of the car. Sharon was AWESOME. Made the whole purchase experience pleasurable! Even reached out a day later to see if we had questions. Definitely would recommend this place and Sharon. The front office was also super friendly.
