Jason explained the Volvo features and took us for a test drive.
Upon closing the deal all the staff were very professional and fast making our life pretty easy.
I do recommend the dealership and the Volvo brand the safest brand in the world.

Dawn is amazing. I like Volvos, but Dawn is the reason I keep buying them. Her service is impeccable.

The absolute worst customer service experience I've even seen. After waiting 3 months to have a key fob fixed, which was only every taken apart by Wallace Volvo, they tell me the plastic clip inside is broken and I'll have to pay $650 to replace it. Then I'm told it's my fault. I lost my temper and used profanity, I admit it. So then I'm told they have good news, the key fob will be replaced. A day later I'm told because of my attitude the key fob won't be replaced. I will never again purchase a Volvo or visit this dealership. Previous visits were similar, terrible customer service (the service agent goes missing for long periods of time, nobody answers the phone). Do yourself a big favor, if you have to go to Volvo make the drive to Melbourne. Wallace is a garbage dealership.

Bought a used Volvo here. it went well. Booked my first service appointment here. Not so well. After waiting three weeks for the appointment..... Two problems, one of which was solved. The other? Not so well. There is a feature that allows for the engine to shut down when you stop and then starts when you are ready to go. It was not working. They changed the auxiliary battery but then evidently didn't check it as the feature still didn't work Lazy mechanic? When I called to get the rework done I was originally told March, 4 months from today. After I complained they then offered an "emergency " appointment for tomorrow. Sloppy work, a four month wait to book regular work? I think I might have to find a new Volvo dealer, alter of course checking out how far their service appointments are booked out!

A horrible group of people. Who will directly lie to your face and leave you stranded. 9 1/2 hours to do an oil change. No exaggeration. And that’s after a three month waiting period to get an appointment.

Do not buy a Volvo if you can help it from this dealer, or any other, for that matter!! They are coercive and the service is awful. I called Wallace Volvo in mid-October regarding broken air conditioning (in South Florida) and was told they couldn't service my car until JANUARY. (My lease is up Dec, 31st, so quite convenient for them) I tried to trade it in, and that was when I learned that Volvo Finance does not allow you to trade your car in with any other dealer or even to return it to one of their own dealers. With other brands, you can sell your car and then buy out the end of your lease, or trade it in to another dealer for a new car (if, for instance, you wouldn't have air conditioning for 2.5 months). If that wasn't enough, Volvo started sending me notifications to have my end-of-lease inspection within the last 90 days of my lease, so I called Wallace Volvo and first spoke to Service and then to Sales to make the inspection appointment (which I was very clear about). The said to come in on Saturday at 11 am. When I got there after a 1 hour drive they said, we don't provide that service but we would love to sell you a new Volvo. Talk about coercion. So disgusted. I am paying full price for a non-working vehicle. The funny thing is, I almost bought this car. The only silver lining is that I now know their true colors. If service treats an end-of-lease potential repeat customer like this, imagine how little regard you would get if you already owned the car? Hope this helps someone else!

Two reason I can't recommend this dealership. The wait to schedule service is VERY long (2 months for new tires) and in the waiting room they won't turn the tv off from politics and it's disturbing. They say they have lost the remote. It shouldn't be once you sell the car that's it, the service fades to nothing. The feeling of purchasing a car and having great service afterward should be the norm and not the exception. Especially with a high end car. Just my thoughts.

Took my car in for an oil and filter change. Everyone who works here are super nice and service minded. Very satisfied with both customer service and the work done on my car. Thank you!

Buying experience was ok. There were several issues after my purchase and no one at the dealer was responsive to multiple phone calls . Very poor customer service. In my opinion this is no way to build a loyal customer base.

At 11 years young, it is time to replace our 2011 XC-60 with a new 2022 XC-60 Inscription. We scheduled an appointment with sales, waited 15-20 mins for a salesperson, and finally took a test drive. Overall friendly and helpful describing what's changed in the model. Wrapping up the test drive, we described what we wanted, and asked for a price and estimated delivery time. Followed up two more times via email. Asked a third time when a dealer representative called about our satisfaction. No response after three tries. I know new cars everywhere are in short supply...but this is really odd. I think we'll wait out the shortage when dealers will be more motivated to be responsive.
