It didn't remove the bug guts from my car windshield my car body. My side mirrors. That's okay. I don't have time to do that. When I go there. I'll have to hire a detail person. But I love all the extras when you vacuum the spray, the brush window cleaner.

Amazing customer service from Charlie, as he explained everything about the wash and what it includes/has to offer perfectly. Very happy with the membership Waters has to offer as I have never been to a car wash that offers what waters does.

They damaged my car and wrote a report on it and said they would contact me. They never called, they never returned my calls contact Corporate and was told I would have to go back to the facility and talk to the manager
I never could find him and they never returned my calls.
Finally I took it to a body shop and had it repaired.
By the way it was confirmed on the day of the incident the iscwas the fault of the car wash

I brought a pick up and the brushes and wash left the left side of the tailgate basically untouched so it’s still dirty while
The right side is cleaner. Lots of brush marks in the dirt. I paid the $18 and couldn’t use the vacuum or detail to wipe things down because they were all full. Overpriced for what I got.
