I worked with Ryan Garcia to set up a business line of credit and it was a pleasure. He was helpful and easy to communicate with over email, in the branch and on the phone. Look forward to doing more business with them in future.

Worst online experience ever!! Can't log in, jump all the hoops to change password, new password accepted, but still cant log in!! I definitely need a new bank!! Ugh!!!

The tube canister was closed because they were “working” on someone else in another lane. So I had to wait until they finished to send my transaction from another lane. Once I made my deposit the teller held my payroll check without asking/telling me about the hold. I was former a bank teller. So I am aware of proper protocol with holds. Mind you I sent my payroll stubs with my deposit. Now I have to wait until the hold drops to access my funds. I could’ve made the transaction at my other financial institution if I knew it was going to be a hold. I will not be returning to this location.

I dont have a private member bank account at that bank or it probably would have been a five star evaluation.

I have been a client for 10plus years. Any branch that has been fortunate to have Gen Z and or Delicia(sp) will always been a delight to frequent. And that is not to say the other members of the team at the Indian Street branch are not great, and that I've had dealings with those people as well and always had a smile when leaving. I have followed these two wonderful people to different branches and will continue to be a Wells Fargo client because them and the people around them.

Tried to cash a dividend check, which I have done many times before but the teller at the drive through said it was not valid. After keeping me waiting for almost an hour I left without cashing the check. I called Prudential and they said it was valid. I returned the following day, and the teller, Vivian said I should deposit it. I argued that I would not be depositing it. She then finally gave me my money. I would like an explanation of this event so that it doesn’t happen again. If I don’t receive a reply, I will be changing banks.

HORRIBLEEEEE!!! WORSTTTT LOCATION!!!! I love Wells Fargo I will never change banks but I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you are okay with being disrespected and not taken serious then go to this location. Let’s see what kind “formal” lie they have in response to this.

I only have a account with WF because of direct deposit so it's not my primary bank. Thankfully! The few cases were I've had to go into lobby have been awful, no sense of Urgency. Like watching a snail race.

I'm not sure what has happened over the last year, it always takes at least 15 minutes in the drive through to deposit money, even with only a car or two. I've currently been waiting for 20 minutes. "Wow" is all that comes to mind.

It's was quick to stop by and deposit a check though the ATM machine outside. Small parking lots. Friendly staff and very helpful. Will be coming back.
