I tried to make a cash deposit today for my wife at the Salerno Village Square branch. I had her deposit slip and her driver's license and the teller (Yvonne) refused to make the transaction, telling me that I wasn't on the account. I am on her account (a fact confirmed once I got home and was able to access her account online). It is very frustrating and inconvenient to have to make a separate trip because the teller didn't know what she was doing.

The staff here are fantastic. I really needed to open a business account and was late to the appointment due to bad weather. Then right after we started the process the bank lost power for a moment and its system had to reboot. The woman I worked with was patient throughout it all and got the job done perfectly!

Exceptionally lazy staff. Banker was unwilling to help me during my scheduled appointment, and spent more time telling my why she couldn’t do her job then coming up with solutions.“That’ll take 40 min…” was the response when I questioned why we didn’t have time today.Disappointed with the service at the branch.

The staff is very rude, every time I visit this location. Will never come back.
Made an appointment online, came today and they kept asking me with whom I had the appointment with. I said I made the appointment online and it shows no name of the banker on the confirmation. They gave me weird looks just because I don’t have the name of the person and said I must have the name.
My appointment didn’t show up on their system and they were not aware of my appointment but still managed to tell me that I came late and will have to make another appointment if I am 10 minutes late. How can you tell me that I am late when you don’t even have my appointment setup on the system?
I asked the banker to verify some information regarding opening a business account because I was confused and instead of explaining things to me, she said “I am a banker for years so I know”. What a reasonable explanation! I need facts, I do not need to know who she is.

I went to deposit a sum of cash today and I counted it in the car but then take a business call so I forgot how much I had . I walked up to the counter and Yvonne helped with my transaction and when she asked how much is in there I said I’m sorry I forgot , and the look on her face was so rude, like how dare I. I mean you have a machine right behind you. Anyways I’m going to another branch. Not a great experience

Have been making deposits before 9am for nearly 20 years. Now Wells Fargo decides not to open until 9am. Sorry that does not work for working people. I will be looking for another bank that opens before 9am! Plus I'm not happy about having to pay a "cash deposit fee" you are a bank and you want to charge a fee to deposit cash!!!!! Absurd!!!
