this is a review of Publix pharmacy in wedgewood commons. VERY difficult extremely poor customer service from assistant manager Erin multiple times! Not just once , prescriptions wrong or not in bag. Promises from main manger that it will not happen again, total bs. This is why I am leaving strong negative reviews. Just looked for a bottle of of drugs I get 6 bottles of different dru every 90 days found that they did not put them in the bag, call and said I signed for them and gave me the run around on hold for 12 minutes this is bs just unbelievable

PUBLIX WEDGWOOD COMMONS STUART FL,Guys please IS THIS FOR REAL? Publix is slipping in their customer service. I first called Publix to order a sandwich they told my 15 minutes before that I called 3 times even spoke with the manager. Got into the store there were only 3 customers in line. WHAT IS HAPPENING TO PUBLIX?????OMG

I don't get why the associates are tasking, instead of helping customers that are physically there. I was told "someone will be with you" multiple times, and finally someone came. It took 10 minutes to make a sandwich and I was the only person in line.

Although I love Publix for its quality and other reviews call them out on produce and deli, I wanna say, they should have planned more on their parking lot, this just made me go home, I can tell I'm not the first one

Publix is overall Publix, I love them. My review & stars are based solely on the Deli Dept. I have a 30 minute lunch so I use the app to order a sub or wrap in the morning to be ready 15 minutes before my lunch break just in case they get behind. I have ordered 3x and disappointed every single time. Something is always missing that I picked to be on it. I even review my paper on the wrap, item is listed but not there. I called the Deli Manager after the 3rd time. I just wanted to communicate that online ordering was lacking and wasn't up to Publix standard. The male I spoke to was pretty rude and didn't seem to care. He definitely wasn't up to Publix standard either. I decided to order in store on my way to work & just store in the work fridge. A better experience but not always an option. Employee's in the store are typically pleasant & willing to help. The Deli, it just needs to pay attention to detail.

I am so disappointed with Publix produce, even with the new Publix in Martin County. I've tried them all in the area and not one is any different. I spend good money to buy my meals - I'm a vegetarian - and would pay a higher price for good quality greens and drive much further if I have to. I have received lower than average produce from their Publix brand. On 11/18/2021, I opened publix brand baby kale to expire on 11/24/2021 and it was completely wilted and wet - I had to toss it. It even had a horrible smell too. So today 11/20/2021, I purchased a bag of publix brand spinach -- again to expire 11/24/2021. Over half the bag was wilted and unusable. The produce expiration dates do not go further than 11/24/2021. This is supposedly the freshest date for greens Publix can sell. This has been going on for months and have finally decided they cannot give me a FREE bag of greens. It is just not worthy of eating let alone the possibilities of getting sick from eating bad greens and literally throwing my money in the garbage!

This one is for the deli department. Today I and a few more customers were waiting to be served 11 minutes!!! No joke...11!! After a couple of minutes, we all start chatting and look at the watch... We asked a few times employees that were making sandwiches if anyone is working in the deli section and they totally ignored us. Other employees were passing by. They all saw us, and every single one ignored us. I am truly shocked. This is the first time ever that I had to wait for service for that long, in any shop. After all that wait, the guy simple showed up and ask who is next. The words, sorry to keep you waiting never left his mouth. Horrible service.

Between kissing Ron Death-santis's butt, the vaccine debacle, giving money to anti-marijuana groups and SUPPORTING the rally which ignited the flames of the Capitol insurrection... Will never buy another thing in your store. Also subs are better at Jersey Mike's. I found yours to be "sub-par"

Very disappointed in the deli counter here. Clerk asked how I wanted them sliced, I looked at their helpful board with slicing choices, asked for sandwich thickness and was subsequently ignored considering I didn't get what I asked for.

I've been to this Publix on the corner of Indian St & US 1 in Stuart many times and was very happy with the service. The last 2 trips I and other were harassed by the woman in the deli named Aurora. She was extremely rude as she yelled at us for being just in front of the green line instead of behind. She has done this 2 times too many to me. I understand social distancing & I wear my mask but if you feel that I am only 5 1/2 feet away from you instead of 6 then you can politely ask me to pull back a half a foot. To boot there was another gentleman working behind the counter that was letting people walk right up to the counter mask or no mask and she didn't say a word to them... interesting.

We have shopped here for 20 years. The staff is always helpful and Publix carries many organic and healthy products, which we like. We are glad to have this clean, well-managed store near our home.

This is the 2nd time in a year that Ive ordered the chicken tender sub from the "downtown Stuart" Publix and both times my special instructions were not followed. This time I called to let them know and the guy who made the sub came on and was literally arguing with me that I obviously wrote my instructions incorrectly or in his words " you wrote them wrong" and he would make it in front of me next time. Dumbass....its an online order. The whole point is speed and convenience. My order was **only half toasted in xtra honey mustard, other half plain (only chicken and bread)*** My coworkers always complain about that store especially the deli AND ESPECIALLY the big white guy who they refer to as an a** who will continue stocking even if there's a line. Another coworker who works for publix said that store is horrible, she and another coworker actually said they think being an a** is requirement to work there. So annoyed.

Nice store, I like shopping at Publix. This location is clean and has nice cashiers however the bakery help including the bakery manager are in need of customer service training. I normally shop in the evenings and have come across very rude employees. There have been times that I have stood there waiting for help and they hide in the back ignoring customers, then if you call them out they have major attitude because they are dying to get cleaning done so they can leave right at closing time. Closing procedures should be done after closing. One occasion in particular comes to mind. I had ordered 2 french fans and a cream horn, the manager was the one to box them up. He shoved his fingers thru the cream and destroyed the pastry. If he is the manager who do I complain too? On our last trip we noticed that the french fans had shrunk in size, only about half the size they had been but the price has stayed the same. We asked about it and were told they just were not rolled out right but have been that way since so we quit ordering them. The man that works there at night (40ish) tall/white, very cocky attitude! Lastly the Publix spring water bottles 24 pack do not stand up. Please address with manufacturing. (complained about it years ago also)

Disappointing that at 6pm there are no rotisserie chickens available. Common issue with this Publix.

Our favorite grocery store. Cashiers and stock employees always remember us. Everyone is always anxious to accommodate. If you have little ones, take advantage of the cookie club in the bakery!
