The truth is, I don't recommend day care because I had my children there and they told me that they had lice and I went to pick them up and they didn't have them, just because they had changed teachers and the teacher complained that La Niña was restless but it wasn't enough for her and I took my girl classroom by classroom so they could see that they had lice. My 4-year-old son says he doesn't want to go to school anymore because he doesn't have lice and they tell him that if the truth is, that is child abuse, exposing the children like that and but when they already understand and know, they do not have a director there or anyone who can say what happened or from service that it was a lie from the teacher, they do not have any representative there, the teachers do what they want, but to send the bill to collect for that, they are good but not to call and ask what was happening

What’s going on with this place? Showed up there today to use child drop which is primary reason we maintain our membership; that and the pool, which seems to be shut down every other week. Child drop room was empty and nobody knew why. Took 15 minutes for them to find out the person working the room was out sick. How is there only one person that can work that room? No email sent out either notifying parents the room would be closed that day. Disappointing.

I really enjoy being a member of Stuart’s Ymca. The facility is kept clean, the people are nice and I am able to get a great work out.One of my favorite parts of the day is arriving and Gia at the front desk greeting me so kindly, she is such a breath of fresh air!

We just canceled our family membership after 2-3years. We had used all the youth programs and support Y and recommended all parents to utilize Y programs for their children. After an incident at the pool which two life guards were extremely rude and disrespectfully yelled multiple times at my boys when they tried to grab a ball from the pool deck. It wasn’t crazy behavior at all since they already had yelled for no reasons. Lifeguards insisted that they were doing their job and accused me to interrup their duties and scream at me to get out of the pool when I asked them to be a little nicer to kids.We had tried to solve the problem and complained the issue with a nice manner however, the branch director, Tressa didn’t want to take a responsibility and asked us to contact aquatics director. If you have younger kids and want to do something with aquatics program in Y Stuart location, please be mindful that those teenagers counselors and lifeguards are very rude and disrespectful to younger kids. That Y stuart branch is good for 65+, not the family members with younger kids.

My kids and i enjoyed working out on a day pass, they trained for 3 hrs (the are competitive jiujitsu fighters) 9 and 6 years olds. The adults next to us complimented them 3 times about how well they were behaved and how some adults cant even be that quiet. We came back today and was told they CANNOT work out unless they are 14. Well thats pretty unfortunate considering the Y is for youth. Where else can kids live a healthy lifestyle. Not to mention a front desk worker who has zero customer service looking at the kids like how dare they be there. We will take them else where, maybe get all the staff on the same page so it does not change day to day!

Everything about the ymca is great love the gym and how cheap the membership is but the fact that it is not disclosed that you cant call to cancel the membership and have to physically come in and answer questions to cancel is unheard of never have i ever not been able to cancel a membership by the click of a button or calling on the phone i was never told about this and its quite annoying if you ask me

Try to call and talk about Membership with the lady and she was very rude. You have to call your insurance company I have to get the other phone. Maybe she needs more help at the front desk or maybe she needs to work on her customer service because she is very rude.

The YMCA of the Treasure Coast has always come through for me and my family! Whether it’s with Childcare, sports fundamentals, or fun fitness classes, I can always count on a positive environment and staff that really care about us. I’m so thankful that the Y has been a part of my life for over 20 years!

The best YMCA ever, the place is very well kept, the staff is friendly and helpful and the outdoor pool is fantastic…I love the new outdoor furniture..The Aquatic Instructor Seth really knows how to give great workouts that helps build core muscles. Overall this is truly a great value.

The YMCA of Treasure Coast has been a game changer for my family, between the great workout classes, child-watch, activities for kids and the amazing community. This place is so more than a “gym.” I would highly recommend trying it out.

NEWIf I could give 0 stars I would. I signed my 14 month old son up for swim lessons only to be ignored the ENTIRE TIME. The swim instructor Isabella (only learned her name because of the lifeguard) didn't even introduce herself, let alone try and engage with my son or fiancé. The entire class we spent by ourselves off to the side while she engaged with the other kids,(white kids)didn't even explain the program and I had to initiate every conversation with her to ensure if this is how the class is suppose to be. At the end I was so fed up and left the class early she didn't even ask why we're leaving or anything in fact she looked happy with left. As I was leaving the other life guard young woman brunette came to us and asked if everything was okay. She explained she noticed how we were being treated and offer to give us a new instructor and 2 free lessons. At this tile Isabella decided to come up and try to explain her standoffish attitude towards us the moment we walked in. I told Isabella I have absolutely no words to say to a racist. We exchanged words and I left. As I'm in the locker room changing my son Isabella and the HR director Maria, came in to speak with me privately. In this conversation Maria basically defended Isabella saying "she's new and needs more training" how come you have to be trained to introduce yourself and include the people who paid for your class. Then Maria proceeded to say I was wrong for calling Isabella a racist and that we could've handled it better. I understand Maria has a duty to her employees but her duty is also with the YMCA and their patrons defending blatant racism as "poor training" is sick. Also Isabella claimed she had another class to deal with but was roaming around eavesdropping on the entire conversation between Maria and I. I loved the Ymca I been coming here my whole life every town I lived in first thing I look for is a Ymca. However after this experience that will be changing I cannot support a company that turns a blind eye to racism. It's one thing to not introduce yourself but to ignore us the entire time while my son played off to the side alone, while engaging with other kids the ENTIRE class is truly disturbing. I wish I never came here and subjected my son to this.

For a place that promotes swimming I was highly disappointed with the customer services provided by Seth Gil and Karen. I had set up private swimming lessons and after cancelled/delayed lessons I communicated my concerns/disappointment and it took a month to get this matter resolved. My child only received 1 lesson. Very disappointed as the customer service was very cold.
