I offer accessible, trauma-informed movement, mindfulness & embodiment practices that are designed to alleviate the symptoms of stress, anxiety & depression. Each client gets a practice tailored to them: mobility, strength, restorative, or whatever is needed for physical, mental & nervous system support.
These practices are designed to be affirming for those who feel they are not welcome or comfortable in traditional “fitness” spaces.
