Meh, it's camping world. I always feel dirty when I go here.... Like I'm cheating on someone and don't want to get caught. The guy at the parts desk was less than helpful, but not overly rude. They only had about a quarter of the stuff we needed. Lots of other crap that you can fill your RV up with though!

Almost slipped on the slime algae all over the concrete, bugs all over building and green algae covering a whole side, they need to invest in making a safe, clean environment. Look for yourself

Went in to buy a 5th wheel for myself and I actively looked at about 10 to 15 trailers inside the building and in the lot ABSOLUTELY NO ONE CAME TO HELP ME! Why? Because I am a female? After looking at the cheap trailers of low quality I decided it was a blessing that the employees are so rude because now I’m getting a newmar and I can even pay in cash.
Just saying you should always do your job and don’t judge people just because I was in a flannel and jeans on a cold day doesn’t mean I can’t afford a motorhome. You lost a sale and customer. Should have listened to the reviews and not even wasted my time at camping world. lol it’s like dollar tree cheap crap, low budget.

We recently purchased a diesel Dynamax motorhome from this location. Our sales person, Matt, was the best we have every dealt with and we have bought 6 RVs in our marriage. He was honest, follow up on things he needed to do, took time to video the entire unit inside and out because we were out of town when it got listed on their website. He was thorough and a pleasure to do business with and we will definitely refer our fellow RVers to him as we could not ask for a better sales person! Kudos to Matt!

Drove all the way down from Milton Fla to see an RV class A when we arrived, the steps did not work. The backup cameras did not work side. Camera did not work. Marker light was missing on rear of the Coach seal was peeling off on the windshield decal was peeling off on the back. Ask them to fix the marker light the cameras they said the steps were a recall, but I could take it with no steps working they were very reluctant to even put a safety item such as a marker light cover on the side of the unit. They also wanted me to pay to have the cameras fixed on a class a that’s pretty much a safety item And then they jacked up the price $5000 and didn’t really wanna tell me I had to insist on seeing the paperwork what I would say about this camping world in Ocala is to avoid at all costs save yourself some time and aggravation drive 200 miles away if you have to to fix this camping world I believe every manager should be fired in clean house and start over as well as certain sales people should be fired as well because of the way they talked to certain clients that I observed myself and overheard just a heads up. It’s up to you, but it’s one of the worst camping worlds in the United States.

Our brand-new RV has been in their service department for over 4 months because the generator and control panel don’t work. The service advisor is rude and dishonest, and the general manager ignores all emails, calls, and messages.
It’s clear that customer service and accountability mean nothing here. Very disappointing experience — I would not recommend this location to anyone.

Worst experience ever. If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Bought a used camper, went to take delivery, it wasn't cleaned or detailed, electric awning didn't work, tail light lens held on with scotch tape etc. Needed a receiver hitch and harness installed, took over a week to get the parts, then me calling for 3 days after the parts came in to get someone to call me back and schedule an appointment. I lost count of how many times I gave them my number and they promised to call me back and never did. Complete lack of caring by staff, the whole place can only be described as organized chaos. I'm pretty sure you can go anywhere else and have a much better experience. You've been warned.

Dont buy rv s off dealers if you can help it. Surcharges are ridiculous. They will get you into one and your monthly payments will be low, but you will pay double what the loan is. Buy used from someone. Plus getting an rv fixed is a joke

Great place lot of stock but super slow for not being busy,rude,pushy FI lady. After several hours the camper was finally ready for pickup,they brought it to the lot and that was it, never helped hook it up or check it over. When we got home we realized the camper wiring was crossed up behind tailight, running lights came on with signals so just fixed it myself rather than taking it back and waiting for more hrs.
