One month ago a sign blew off the circle k building during a storm and landed on my SUV causing hood damage. Store manager was given photos and all info needed to send to corporate. Weeks later no call from claims division. Called corporate and was given a case number stating someone will call me. Nope. Not one person has reached out to me . This is unexceptionable. I guess I'll have to push in different directions. Issue not being handled in a professional manner. Maybe phase 3 will get a response. Next is to blow up the corporate phone lines till somebody takes this seriously. 🤬
Get this 😡 just got a response from owner of circle k asking me what they can do to make my 1 star review better. Ask me to call them again. Why don't you have the correct people call me so you can have my car fixed. Unbelievable 🤬

Get rid of the self checkouts and make your employees earn their pay. Multimillion dollar company that has the dirtiest stores and not enough employees to make it convenient or keep it clean.

I stopped going as tired of the excuses, NEVER HAVE RECEIPTS at the pumps. EXCUSE!!! Somebody smashed ALL the pumps and all broken.. REALLY this happen ages ago. I pass everyday, as live close and NEVER see anyone working on them. so in the store I have to go. with 1 cashier and LONG lines. When I ask told " that is what the manager tells everyone." Where is corporate!!!!! Terrible.

Bathroom sink always dosent work plus no soap plus the people work there they have bad bad attitude.

Up untill a few months ago i steared away from this store was completely crazy..staff could not handle the load in the am ..now they have this wounderful lady working ..named TRASY..she knows how to get it done ..in and out like lightning with the upmost southern hospitality great to have someone that knows what there doing in this store finnally a real pleasure to stop by when TRASY..is working

I litterally stop at this store daily,well i used to....i went in the beer cooler(publicly accesable) didnt see what i was looking for,opened the freezer door (no signage stating it wasnt part of the public area)...cashier comes running back yelling and cussing me....threatened to call to police.....do better circle k...you just lost hundreds in business from me every week...will be talking to management and corporate.

Nice big store. Decent truck parking with room to maneuver around creative Parker’s. For some reason cars like to park with the creatively parked trucks which can be annoyingBathroom had no working sinks (2) and no soap in the one dispenser

They catty non-ethanol, which is nice. With the app I saved 25 cents a gallon on filling my tank. The store was busy, but clean and the cashiers were great!
