Spent a solid 30 min. total on the phone with the woman who took my order explaining how I just spent 2 months dethatching my lawn to prepare it for growing new grass seed and asking her MANY questions to be sure I was getting the right type of dirt.
So then I use the dirt that was delivered to me and no more than 1 month later my entire lawn is infested with huge humongous spiky weeds (that stab you when you try and remove them by hand). I called Dirt Cheap and spoke with a few different people about my experience but all they could offer was 1/4 of what I ordered at no cost to me - but I don't want more weed-riddled dirt so that does not resolve the issue. I asked for a refund and they refused. They tried to blame the supplier of the topsoil, but the end result is that Dirt Cheap's sand/clay dirt is NOT sifted nor "sanitized" = WEEDS. DO NOT USE FOR GROWING NEW GRASS or you'll be in the same predicament I am in, spending another 2 months prepping but this time clearing out weeds in back breaking positions for NO good reason. This is why people ask you questions in advance to avoid circumstances such as these.
To boot, the guy who delivered the dirt forgot to undo the chains before attempting to offload and the door that releases the dirt got all stuck so he had to drive around the corner from my house and find a tree to back the truck up into/against to unjam the release door. Not very professional.
I still want my money back - cash $240.75.

Made an order for 7 yards of top soil. Day of scheduled delivery I called to find out approximate time only to discover they didn’t even have me on the books for delivery. Thankfully that was resolved quickly and I still got my dirt that day. HOWEVER, everywhere I put the new top soil is absolutely FULL of pigweed. My garden and flower beds are being over run with it and it’s a pain (literally) to pull because it has thorns. No pigweed anywhere else on my property aside from where we put the dirt cheap top soil. I won’t use them again.

The rock is a very cheap price, but the load you receive will come with A LOT of dirt in it. This will cause you to have an uncontrollable amount of weeds. Not worth it!! Very disappointed, I would not purchase from them again.

Customer service is lacking, to say the least. Everyone had a scowl on their face, not a hint of. A smile or any form of friendliness. Immediately upon walking in, the man behind the desk was rude and snippy. Then he answered the phone, and cut us off, no excuse me, hold on a second, or apology for having to answer the call. The woman who was also behind the counter, left to help us, also looked void of any positive emotion, of any kind. She seemed not to know a whole lot about the amount we would need based on our measurements of the flower beds, nor how much, in approximate size it would be, to fit in the vehicle. The 2 men operating the front end loaders, also looked like the were void of any joy, or happiness, just lackluster scowls or looks of anger. If we didn't need it right now, even with the super cheap price, we surely would have went somewhere, else, I mean, ANYWHERE else. WE WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK, NOR WOULD I EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
