Most inaccurate inventory system of any business I've ever witnessed. Every lo ation says they have product in stock. When you arrive they tell you they are out and that the website is wrong

Horrible customer service at checkout, while picking up items to buy from this store that were supposed to be on sale I get to the register the cashier says these are not on sale today the sale begins tomorrow. My main question is there are three hours left in your time of being open why have all the sales add signage out confusing customers and then you tell us we are wrong?
Make sure you have out the right signage if the dates are off then put them out that day!!!

I was at the store on 301 in Summerfield Fl at around 11am this morning 6-17-25. I witnessed, the manager, I believe her name is Wendi, being very very rude to a pair of customers. I couldn’t believe how she was yelling at them even in front of young children. I don’t know what the customers said to her to get her to act like that, but as an employee for customer service, she should never of yelled at people like that in front of other customers and little children.
The older gentleman, that I felt very sorry for, even told her well, I hope you have a better day, In a nice voice, and she said I will when you walk out that door. It was very upsetting to listen to this.

I went there this morning with a Co worker and there was a young girl working. I couldn't get the deal for the $3 off of Pepsi and I asked for her help and she kept telling me I don't know. She wasnt friendly at all so I will not be back at that store. Usually the clerks will help me out or know the answer to a question.

Stopped in to buy some snacks and then realized all of our snacks expired 2 months ago. When we call the store, all we get is a busy tone. Hate wasting money on expired food when the employees should be doing their job and not the ones who don't work there.

Me and my mother went here today and we got some things for dinner , after we had checked out and got out stuff, One of the employees named JAY comes out of the store and starts embarrassing me and my mother in the parking lot saying " excuse me , y'all are no longer allowed in my store for stealing " me and my mom asked him for the video tap because we did not steal anything , when we walked back in the store he was hiding in the office and was very rude towards us , I showed him our receipt showing our purchases with the bags and purchases immediate . We asked to see the tape he then pulls out his phone and shows us and I asked him " where do you see us stealing ?" he said " do you want me to answer that for you or you can just watch the video " . In a very rube sarcastic voice . I said back to him " no you can answer it for me ". He points out that the 6 item was not scanned and I said yes it was because it shows on my receipt . I showed him my receipt and he looks at it and says" there is not 6 items of cans in my bag ". I then pulled them all out counting one by one and his face went pale as he knew he was just proven wrong for false accusation towards me and my mother . We was not given and apology after the harassment,discrimination,false accusation's . So if you were to shop here , I would recommend not to , because JAY will accuse you of shoplifting .

No stars! The manager refused to provide an itemized receipt, nor provide a refund. When I complained, he called the cops and threatened to have me arrested for trespassing! Not a happy shopper!

I used to work at this Dollar General after the company fired the manager (Mary, that I worked with) this store is disgusting. It smells like cat pee and weed, poor customer service, items not stocked.It the DM sees this please fix this!This isn't just this store it's every DG in this area that's having problems.What happened to not having more than three people in checkout and calling for a backup cashier?!Dollar General needs to get their employees in order and fix their stores!
