“There was a slight hiccup with a paint match from a sample I provided and the initial paint color made. I spoke with Paul & Sam regarding the mismatch after using the paint to which I was refunded. They tracked down the contractor who had originally painted the wall from a 4 yr order number purchased at a different Sherwin Williams location. They went line by line of all the paints the contractor had used on jobs in that time period, pulling paint cards and narrowed down an exact match. I went back & repainted the wall and it was perfect. I truly appreciate their diligence ensuring I had the right paint color and left a satisfied customer.”
