Professional in every sense. From the people answering the phones, to guys coming out to service the septic systems, everyone was polite and knowledgeable. Reasonably priced for a company that provides quality work. Definitely recommend for all your septic system needs.

One star for tailgating me all the way down 42 in his big yellow pump truck. A line of traffic in front of me with nowhere to go. I guess he wanted me to tailgate the car in front of me for no reason. He kept trying to push me swerving over the double yellow while on my rear end like it was going to make some difference with the line of cars driving behind the big RV that was traveling under the speed limit. Driving like that in your own neighborhood is a bad look and won’t earn you my business.

We called on a Sunday after experiencing some issues and had our septic pumped the next morning. The worker Brandon that came out did a great and thorough job. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing theirs tank emptied.

These guys are awesome they came out the same day and gave me an estimate and had it scheduled to have my septic pumped the very next day and the price you can't beet because I had Frank Gay pump my septic last year I asked them for a estimate and they instead just came out and pumped it without consent and charged me $3,000 for it and they couldn't even tell me how much they pumped out. Rocket Rooter did it for $630. I will use them everytime they definitely have my business

Needed my septic drained after 8 years and called this company. They sent out Lionel who had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable. He was genuine with providing tips on the septic service l in addition to draining the septic quickly. I would most certainly recommend this company if you live in the area.

As I was preparing for hurricane Milton I switched from my tankless water heater to my hot water tank. Suddenly I had no water in half the house. In a full panic I called Rocket Rooter and Doug answered. I explained what was going on. He told me what he thought the problem was and what to do. I followed his instructions and that fixed it. He did not have to help me that way and I can’t thank him enough for his help. They are now my go to plumbers and will send anyone asking me who I use his way.

I was very happy with the service. The man was very nice and helpful. I even sent him on his way with fresh eggs from my chickens!! Thank you so much. Got a card from him so I will be calling yall anytime I need service!

I'm not much on posting reviews, but a month or so ago I was having a septic issue, so I checked around, made a few calls, then I called Doug at Rocket Rooter Plumbing....he said tomorrow or maybe he can get his tech to me later in the afternoon.
.. Great, Jason (i believe his name was) showed up a couple hours later and went right to work.
To make a Long story short....it wasn't an easy job as my septic was under my stone landscaping and poured concrete edging..... but this gentleman did a fine job, he worked through the obstacles and we decided to put risers in... beautiful job... I can't be more impressed.
Call Doug at ROCKET ROOTER PLUMBING and I think you will be happy you did.

The worst experience and overpriced scam company. Do not use this company. Rude people and charging 5x what a fix should be. Horrible company

Well, I guess things change when the original owner is no longer in charge. Im guessing they have family or others running the business.
3 years ago, our septic overflowed, we had just bought our home in Ocala, and shortly after our septic overflowed, no one would come out for days. I called Rocket Rooter
Plumbing of FL and spoke to Doug. He said we were about an hour from him, but he came here and emptied our septic anyway. He actually even drove back another day to replace the cover to our septic. So, I decided that I would call them first because it's time to empty the septic again. We also need a new cover because my husband ran over it with the lawnmower.
It was definitely Rocket Rooter Plumbing of Florida, Ultima Florida. I recognized the logo and phone number on my receipt.
I recognize the picture of Doug. The man with the white hair and the white beard. Well, I must have spoken to a son or the person in charge now. And explained everything that I would like to give them the first opportunity to come out again. And he just said that we were out of their service area. I thought he hung up. I continued talking. He was very abrupt. Not at all, like my experience with Doug in the past. I understand if they don't service my area, he was very rude about it. What ever happened to courtesy? What happened to," We're glad we were able to help you in the past. Thank you for considering us again. But we don't service your area at this time."
Complete opposite of my experience with Doug.
I was thinking the name was Tony, but I looked at my receipt, and it's Doug.
Anyway, I want to thank Doug for helping us out in March 2021.
He literally went the extra mile to help.
