Our septic was full and on the verge of backing up and it was already 5pm. Rocket rooter was able to come out the very next morning and empty our tank. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who came but he was super knowledgeable and was very helpful explaining everything that was going on. It was a black guy with two dreds. I wish I got his name guy deserves some recognition he was really good.

The service man came the next day which was greatly appreciated. He pumped the septic tank, explained what he had done, & how to keep the tank healthy in the future. He recommended a new drain field in the near future, since ours was 24 yrs old. He explained about the costs, including the county permit. Very helpful and knowledgeable. THANK YOU

Called on a Monday morning after spending the weekend without being able to use the kitchen sink due to a blockage. Doug answered and said he would be out in the afternoon. He arrived about 12:30. He unclogged the drain line and cleaned up his mess. The price was extremely reasonable! Doug was professional and helpful. Offered information about other services they provide. Had issues with my septic system and needed same day service. After calling 27 different companies Rocket Rooter was the only company who could actually deliver same day service. The owner himself came out to run the camera through the line to see where the issue was. Within 2hrs the issue was resolved and at a very reasonable price.If you find yourself in a similar situation look no further, Rocket Rooter is the only way to go. I own a house from 1958. My sinks wouldn't drain and we had a lot of difficulty's. I called Rocket Rooter and not only were they there on time but fixed my problems in a timely manner. Doug was very professional and very informative. I will always go for the family owned over corporate any day.

We just moved here and had our tank cleaned out from another company 5 months ago but today our septic tank was not draining and we called a few companies and either no one answered or they could not help our situation until Doug answered our call and guided us through our difficult unknown situation, asking us questions, taking time out of his work day to assist us in our very stressful dilemma, “digging” for a solution and he was able to find the issue!! We offered to send him money for his help but he said no worries! What a relief that we thought it would cost us thousands of dollars and our family of 6 would be in a hole but we are safe! Mitch was an awesome. They showed up when they said they would. They were professional. Their equipment was like brand new. They were able to respond within two hours of my call to pump out my septic tank. Mitch was very knowledgeable and honest. I have been in construction my entire life and I was waiting for them to try to scare me into replacing my drain field or trying to up-sell me on things I didn't need but that never happened. Mitch was straight up honest with me and actually explained to me the reason the issue was not as bad as I thought it might be.
