Not a bad store but they really should not put sticky labels on tool blades of any kind especially plastic putty knives. If you use hot soapy water the glue stays on believe me. If you use any chemical it warps, bends and ruins them. I know they are pretty much throw away cheap putty knives but you should be able to use them once before you throw them away.
I'm glad they don't put sticky labels on roller naps or paint brush bristles Yet.

Employees are always kind and helpful. There is no comparison to the quality customer service that I experience here compared to the big box hardware stores
