Always takes forever and last three times I went they skipped me taking folks that walk in 10 minutes and longer after I been checked in already. Update. Been few months and still same thing last few times. Checking in means nothing to this staff at all. Wish I could give half a star!!!

Worst experience ever. I’ve waited 30 minutes and still haven’t gotten seen. The prices they charge they should be able to staff the location. The order they take people in makes no sense. It’s enraging that I cannot get seen in a reasonable time. No one should have to wait this long to get medication.

This is the SLOWEST dispensary in the world it will take over an hour busy or not, DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE no matter how cheap the deals are it’s not worth the time your gonna waste

WORST trulieve I have ever been to... I've been to many trulieve locations from West Palm beach, St.Pete, St. Augustine, Orlando, Tampa... This location is hands down the WORST trulieve I have ever been to.... expect to wait 20/30 mins every time you come here and possibly get skipped even when placing an order ahead of time, also their only 2ppl working here at any given time... whoever is managing this location needs to get fired.. go to MÜV, AYR, Sunnyside, or Curaleaf you'll be in and out.

This is my favorite location! The staff is on point with everything here! Kyle and T.T. are amazing at keeping this location running efficiently in every way. I've visited many locations, as Trulieve is my favorite dispensary and this location is by far the best I've been to! The place is always clean and the staff is knowledgeable. This location can be busy at times but they do offer Express pick-up so make sure to order online and place the Express pick-up order and it will save time waiting as a walk-in patient. They offer reward points so make sure to sign up for that as well!
