This postal office never delivers my packages to my complex. They always mark as unknown location. This is the only carrier that I have this issue with it’s ridiculous. I’ve lost various packages due to their carelessness. They have the option to leave it at the door or office and never do!!!!!!!

I see why this post office is rated so low. Unhelpful. Especially the cashier with the bad eyebrows. I’ve never had a USPS tell me to buy tape if I want to tape a small box up. They’ve always offered to help/do it for me. It’s tape. Customer service goes a long way. This is joy the first time I’ve had to leave this post office without handling my business. Gross. Belleview is much better.

This post office doesn't even deserve a star. I run a small business out of my home and they are unwilling to make good on their mistakes. They are costing me money for packages that are deliberately not being picked up, they will not answer the phone and when I go in person, there is some excuse as to why the station manager is not available. I have been promised returned phone calls which have not happened. They literally have left mail ( I feel on purpose) because they took just enough of the packages out of the bin so it looked like they did a complete pickup but left 14 packages and never even came back to pick them up later. We found them five days later! This was about the 6th instance of them not doing their job. Now I probably should have checked the bin, but we received notification that ALL packages had been picked up. This has to be remedied. I have launched a formal complaint with the postmaster general and I am in talks with seeking legal action against said post office.

I have where is show my mail for the day. Well today I was to get 6 pieces of mail. It's 8:05PM NO MAIL REVIEWED MY CAMARA THEY FLEW DOWN THE ROAD AT 9:45 THEY DIDN'T STOP AT ANY HOUSE ON THIS STREET!!!

They repeatedly reject my mail, refuse to honor USPS box services like signature-on-file or street-addressing, and employ the rudest of any Postal employees.

Beautifully kind and friendly staff. Incredibly efficient with processing our three out-of-state passports. Super knowledgeable about the whole process. 10/10 would recommend!

They have sent back multiple of my packages as vacant. I called yesterday and spoke to Rose who is the manager, who said she is the manager, absolutely did not care. Tried to blame it on the previous tenant not getting their mail who is deceased however he is deceased and has a different last name than me. So his mail wouldn’t be forwarding my mail with a different last name. Then she blamed it on me not registering the mailbox to me. Complete excuses for incompetence and the multitude of negative reviews of this usps office speaks volumes of how poorly managed it is. You need a new manager clearly.
