I had a great experience with Elias, the sales representative. He was very patient and knowledgeable. He took his time with me and explained some of the new features on the I-phone that I purchased. I definitely recommend this store.

Call was a great help in solving our two issues. She was very pleasant and is a true customer service rep. This is what customer service should be. 2 hours with the chat bot and unable to talk to a live person from a phone company is ridiculous. If you have a problem see Calli at the Verizon store on 441N!
