  Do not let these people touch your car. Auto Center is a joke. No records of oil changes, tires, services, warranties will show on your account. (But I can pull up that laundry detergent I bought last year, kidding me? ) We called corporate last month questioning where are all our years of service records on our Walmart Account. One record showed we never showed up for an oil change, (really? The service sticker is on our car) They stated this is unheard of, all service records should be on there. I informed Chris the store auto manager, he said “it’s not his problem”. Could care less. (Sad how they treat people like cattle) All they can do is give you a print out, and deal with it. not acceptable, it’s 2025, they have all your data online showing when buying $2 groceries, but no online records for your $30,000 vehicle? What does that tell you? They could care less. So your warranty will RELY on Walmarts end, unless you hold all that paperwork for your records. God forbid, you are travelling and have to rely on these people finding your records to fix a tire for free ect . (Unless you personally screenshot all paperwork and make your own file. What a joke)
  
  We cancelled the service immediately and decided not to have anymore service done with Walmart for safety and warranty reasons. Spent our money elsewhere.
  
  FYI. An hour later, we got a text stating “they are now working on our car”

  Wanted to report a situation happening in their parking lot. Pretty much told by customer service not “their problem” and to call the police. Their parking lot is “not their problem”? Most shelves are half empty, unkept, sense of filthiness sometimes. (we are used to that) Really used to be ok with Walmart for basic home purchases, but their true colors are really showing how they treat the community lately. Which is disrespectful. We will spend our money elsewhere.

  I recently had a great experience shopping at Walmart! The store layout made finding what I needed super easy, and I was impressed by how well-stocked the shelves were—everything on my list was available. Best of all, checkout was a breeze. The lines were short, and I was out the door in no time. It’s nice to have a one-stop shop that’s quick, convenient, and reliable!

  We received outstanding customer service from associate, Nikki, in the home furnishings department. She quickly stopped what she was doing to assist us, was knowledgeable, anxious to help us in our search for the right shelving, friendly, and just a joy to work with. We have lived in The Villages for 1 month (from Missouri) and we have never received better customer service from any associate in Walmart as we did from Nikki. She deserves an 11 out of 10! She went above and beyond expectations.

  Never coming back. Tried to get presents for my kid for his birthday and the door checker at the front, literally wouldn’t let us leave. We had 8 items. 8 ITEMS. She needs to be fired. Used to love coming here because they’ve never given us an issue. Now I will be going elsewhere. Unless she gets fired or let go. I was already in a foul mood because you don’t have very many options for birthday supplies, then this just made it to where I will not be returning.

  Been shopping at the this Walmart for over a year. I just got a 6 pack of beer at self checkout and the cashier guy there was courteous helping me. I was putting my cart away (because I was randomly looking at stuff thinking I might buy something) and this lady right near the door held my cart and asked me for my receipt. I gave it to her but bro 😒 there were tons of people with full shopping carts going by her and she didn’t check any of their carts. Just BS and rubbed me the wrong way. I should have refused as within my rights.
