Great customer service. They tend to not have a lot of inventory. Example I was looking for 3m 4000uv caulking and they only had 5000 and 4200.

I was looking for a folding chair. They seemed out of stock except for one that didnt have a price tag or was even on their inventory. They get the manager. How much for this chair? She hesitates, comes up with $40. Isn't that a bit high, it's usually about $20. She says, ok now it's $50. Wow the arrogance. I went to the next Ace Hardware, they had several in stock and it was $23... They see this attitude in movies maybe and they think that's normal??
