“My Phlebotomist (?), the lady who drew my blood, was GREAT! Not only was she quick with adding all the blood tests I needed into the computer, but she kept talking to me about other things and by the time we finished talking, I was done before I realized it! Great place! Clean, fast computer check-in and both workers that I saw seemed happy! Nice to see!Reason for 4 stars - What they don't tell you (If you're disabled, this could start your day off pretty badly):Park at the back of the multiple office building if your appointment at Quest is before 8 a.m. The Quest sign is on the front of the building, but that door doesn't unlock until 8:00 a.m.! The sign on the door that's typed out says to use the SIDE door entrance... Um, there's no side door entrance. You have to go to the door at the back of the building. Ugh”

“My husband and I went to UF Health for severe respiratory symptoms that we have been experiencing. We received the absolute best care from Dr. Hillary Stricklen. She took the time to examine us and access the particular medical symptoms we were experiencing and prescribed the necessary medications. Dr. Stricklen was friendly and thorough and we feel very lucky to have been in her care. We wish that we remembered the PT who did the initial screening, the nurse and radiologist and technicians who were all wonderful. The woman who greeted us upon our arrival was also friendly and helpful.Thank You for the excellent care we received at UF Health/ Brownwood Just the Best. Five Stars!Susan and Bill Stella”

“Great staff. Very efficient medical facility. My husband has a lot of medical issues. The staff were patient and took the time needed to evaluate his swollen arm from a bug bite. We have been in a number of urgent care facilities over the past two years and I would rate this facility as the best.”

“Efficient great staff I am always glad of there expertise I never have trouble with them finding my vain. I am old sometimes people less experienced have trouble and I get bruised and stuck more than once. This never happens at Quest. Not enough stars to give them”
