The technician was highly professional and skilled. The venipuncture was successful on the first attempt without any subsequent ecchymosis. The results were delivered promptly.

Had to drop off a frozen specimen. Got there at 12:30 signed in nobody was there, no sign saying that they were at lunch. At 12: 55 man signed in had appt. at 1:10. Girl opens door call him in. I said I've been here for over 30 minutes with a drop off. She says we were closed will be with you soon. Seeing how I have been waiting all this time she couldn't of taken me in first just to drop off? How about a sign saying closed for lunch 12 to 1. Pissed

Quest Diagnostics is My Go To Lab for All my Bloodwork. Very easy to make an Appointment. The Wait Time is Always Very Minimal and they Always have a quick Turnaround with Your Test Results. You will not be disappointed. The Staff is Always Friendly and Professional.

Set appointment, had confirmation and texted on arrival, none of which put me in the system. When tech came out and said if your name isn't on screen you aren't in system. I was told to register in kios, when I went to register it said I was 10 minutes late,after sitting there for 20 minutes. I could be on fit in list,or take next appointment 1140. Very stressful
I came back at 1140, the tech was very professional and efficient.

Frustrating. The multi-tenant building had a vinyl banner with "Quest" on it 30 feet away from the front door facing the highway. My appointment was at 7:10 a.m., however the information on the door stated they open at 8:00 a.m. There were no instructions that Quest patients needed to enter the rear door of the building, which still stated the building opened at 8:00 a.m. Lastly, patients were taken in the order they logged onto the computer, not by appointment time. The lab tech, however was fantastic - professional, highly skilled and personable.

Wear a mask. There were little kids running all over with active infections. Mothers should wipe their kids noses and teach them how to cover their sneezes!
