Worst insurance representation ever!
I’ve never ever been able to get my actual agent on the phone! Hours of hold times just to have basic questions answered.
On many occasions, I have literally had to stand in the lobby and refuse to leave until my weasel of an insurance agent would finally come out of his back office to address me like a man. It’s horrible that I had to shame him into that but that’s what it has come to it this office. I implore you to seek insurance or insurance agents elsewhere.

Had to call because my auto policy lapsed and my wife's license was suspended. James Rosado handled it very easily and fast - not only did he contact motor vehicles but sent me written proof from the DMV that her (and my) licenses were in good order - all in less than an hour! Thank you James Rosado.

Love AAA always great and helpful
Mary Radcliffe is my favorite person there!
The sun city center is the best location
Clean, fast and very friendly
Anyone will help you but I always wait for Mary!!
Experience is a must for me as we have umbrella policies with AAA.
I also think the one in Tampa off Dale Mabry is amazing they also have a DMV in their location

Called AAA to obtain homeowners quote for home I was purchasing. My agent, Robert S. Explained homeowners coverage in Fl and what I needed in order to obtain a firm quote. He was able to provide a tentative quote based on information I gave to him. He helped me determine what the replacement cost would be on the home to properly cover it. Once my inspection was completed and inspection recommendations completed, he provided me with a firm price and indicated policy would be issued within the week. He also worked with my lender to satisfy their requirements. Overall, process was very straightforward and easy to complete. I would recommend AAA and Robert S to anyone looking for insurance.

I will not book travel with AAA again. Our agent Allison wasn’t educated in the basics of our AAA Members Choice/Collette tour. We lost trip credits because of her. We had to pay $250 for an airport to hotel transfer that should have been included through Collette. I had to go online myself to get flight seats when she told me 10 minutes before that she couldn’t choose seats until closer to flight date. I didn’t like that we had to go through her to find things out instead of calling AAA Members Choice directly. On a positive note, she did return emails promptly. Our trip was beautiful but cost about $400 more because of her.
