Store is more specialized in its selections, which is acceptable. Its problem comes from very poor guidance/signage to facilitate the use of self checkouts. Case in point I suffered a confrontation from a rather uninformed customer standing 4th in a line of 8 DIRECTLY behind the one and only employee occupied checkout. Seeing an available self check out, no one moving from the line to it. Making my way imagine my discomfort when the vocal mouth approaches from behind me accusing me of not being able to see a line. After requesting her to just stop talking so I could interject. That none of you were utilizing that machine but since my parents raised me to be respectful I presented her the pathway to the available self check out. Admittedly not graciously I did make my way to the rear of this line and stayed there REFUSING to make use of ANY of the 5 self check outs that became available. This could all be avoided and even more of the minor annoyance that occur trying to check out if the Corporate office would take time to observe the checkout process from the customer view. My apologies for taking this platform to present this as I spent 14 minutes on Aldis corporate website to find that they don't care enough to have a contact or complaint email, text or anything at all.

I have been to A LOT of Aldi's, and I have never seen one so clean and well organized. The shelves are not messy. It is very well organized. I'm super impressed. I hate leaving such a glorified review because I wanted this to be my best kept secret, but this store needs to know they are doing something right!

Best Customer Service Thanks to Reco!
Every time I shop at Aldi, I look forward to seeing Reco he is truly the heart of that store. His warm smile, positive energy, and constant willingness to help never go unnoticed. Whether it’s answering questions or just greeting customers with genuine kindness, Reco always goes above and beyond.
You can tell he really cares about the people who walk through those doors, and that makes a huge difference. In a world where great customer service is rare, Reco sets the gold standard. Aldi is lucky to have him!!
He’s hands down the best employee there!

It is a great place to find good deals. I always purchase my organic Romaine lettuce, Belgian chocolate, and cookies from here. Well worth the visit.

My favorite grocery store. Aldis is my favorite grocery store. Nice meat and vegetables. Also enjoy there cheese and breads.

Aldi's, I'm proud of you. You used to have real bad grocery selections long ago but whoever y'all hired in the upper corporate offices have had a change of heart and you're doing good on organics. Keep up the good work. You're beating Walmart and you beating Publix hands down

Hard to get in and out of from the direction I was traveling. Did not have something in stock that I had purchased at another ALDIs 2 days ago. Stepped on something slippery by the self checkout and almost fell.

ONE human cashier for 7+ checkouts. That ONE person is checking out people, but also has to run over to all the other self checkouts to assist them etc... CORPORATE GREED IS OUT OF CONTROL !!!!!!!!
