I went to check my phone because my Bluetooth wasn't working anymore so Mr. Frankie helped me hard reset my phone and was nice enough to allow me to use a speaker to find out if the hard reset worked or not and it did.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the AT&T employee (Lu) who was working solo during my recent visit. Despite being the only person available, they remained incredibly patient, kind, and professional with every customer. They were doing their absolute best to help everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible, and it didn’t go unnoticed.
It’s not easy to manage a busy store alone, but they handled it with grace and a great attitude. Their dedication and customer service truly stood out. AT&T is lucky to have someone like this on their team!

We went into the store and the representative there was extremely RUDE. He did not inform us of any of the information that had to do with the promotion that we were getting or the fact that insurance was being added and charged on the account. When asked about if anything else was added to the account is when we finally found out that the promotion consisted of financing the watch and had to keep the line active for 3 years as well as there having insurance been added to the watch without notifying us or asking and then did not want to remove it. Told him multiple times to remove it and he would not do it and gave us incorrect information. When asked to get a manager he was saying she is not here and would not reach out to her. I was trying to get my point across and he would not let me speak. I asked him to let me talk and he started saying that me asking to let me talk was disrespectful and tried to kick me out of the store actually being extremely disrespectful to me & when asked for his name he would not provide that. Charlie came over and deescalated the situation that “Lou” caused and finished helping us out. I received TERRIBLE service by this man, DO NOT go to this store.

My husband and I visited this AT&T store since I was in need of a new phone. Sofia greeted and helped us right away. Her customer service is amazing and she happily engages in conversations while getting the job done! We highly recommend Sofia :)
