This store is garbage and so is the customer service here. I’ve had better customer service at government agencies. This store would be better off having kiosks that do the job of the employees. The employees are not helpful and seem like you’re bothering them when you walk into the store. I think I would have got better results by talking directly to the wall at this location. I’ve been with AT&T for almost 20 years and the customer service at this location has definitely caused me to switch to another provider. This is what happens when a company hires people that don’t care, and puts them into customer service roles when they should be cleaning toilets instead. Which is another thing, the bathroom looked like it right out of a homeless shelter.

Josh is great! He helped me resolve all of my issues that were cause by a worker at Sam's club. After two weeks of chaos, he fixed them in a matter of minutes.

If you’re looking for an amazing customer experience this is the phone store to make it happen! Frankie is a mix between magical unicorn tears and sparkly fairy dust when it comes to his skills in fixing your phone! Every time I have an issue or need to upgrade my phone, Frankie is always there to help and solve any issue. I have also been helped by Sean who is equally great at his job!!!! And oh man what can I say about Tommy, well Tommy is the most attractive person in the store because I can literally see my beautiful face starting back at me from the reflection of his bald head! If you have a bad experience in this location it’s probably because you came in with a bad attitude and don’t understand how the world of retail works! I worked in retail management for countless years and wish all my stores operated like this well oiled machine. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!!!!!!

Sean completely helped me out this morning, fixing my phone so that I can use it for now and back it up. I will definitely be back to upgrade through this store only because the customer service was awesome and friendly and fast. These guys are great!

Let me begin by saying how excited I was to switch to at&t because of their promotional offer on the Google Pixel 6A. Before I decided to switch I did ask some family and friends if they had any experience with this carrier. I received mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot. Me and my partner were porting over two lines. The first time we visited the store we worked with Leslie who assisted us with our initial transaction. She had some difficulty getting passed the verification stage due to the technology in the store, specifically, the inability to get her device to sync correctly so that my drivers license name appeared correctly in their system. Part of the wait time issue was because I have freezes/fraud alerts to protect my identity, which I totally understood. We had to put everything on pause because of the extremely long hold times with the team that works with at&t for verification. I had no issue coming back. When we came back to the store the next week we had the same issues. But this time I made sure everything was unlocked to expedite the experience. This was not better. Although everything was unlocked we still had to call and after the verification questions were answered successfully she said her system was asking her to call again and that we had to re-answer verification questions. She then stated since it was around 7 and there's a 30 minute wait and did we mind coming back. Because we both work full-time and it's exhausting having to spend hours in the store, I called at&t the next day and performed the transaction by phone. I wasn't asked any verification questions. There was, however, a miscommunication and one phone line that wasn't ported correctly and after calling back, the agent said there was no problem going to the store to port over the number as long as the phones were not activated. This evening I went to the store, and Leslie assisted by pulling up our information but informed me because another agent had started the transaction she would not be able to fix the issue and sees a number different than mine in process of being ported over. We also decided not to bring over my partners line and explained why. She stated she was not able to cancel the phone line and we would be charged a restocking fee. After I read the stores policy I said aloud, "looks like as long as the devices are unopened and within 14 days we won't be charged." She remained quiet and made no comment. Keep in mind this is our third time coming to the store trying to give business to at&t. I called customer service while in store, advised of the issue, and they told me, in fact they see the correct number but then I'd have to speak with their team that will finish porting over the number. While getting this sorted out, the in store agent, Leslie, explained to the other associate Alex, what was occurring and left the store. She did not say bye or tell us what was going on .Customer service advised me that they, in fact, do see the number in progress and able to cancel the phone line and we could return the extra phone in store. Alex, who overheard stated we could not return the phone in the store because I needed a box??? After the miscommunication between to what seemed like two different companies, I decided to proceed with canceling both lines. If I am receiving this type of service early on, I wanted to save us both the headache. I told my partner I think it'd be best if we checked out another phone service provider, like Verizon. Alex then said "they won't be much better" I am not sure what is going on, but this store seems to be lacking customer service skills and proper training. And to be honest, I would've given this store no stars if I could.

would not suggest anyone doing business at this location. i was refused service of returning my devices because i came in very upset that i could not make calls or texts for 3 straight days, I was also told that the towers in the area could be down for an additional 3 to 4 days. I had just switched from Verizon, and even before the towers went down the service was a night and day difference. Verizon is hands down better in this area. I turned in 2 valuable Iphones as part of a promotion and the store manager said that i was “beat” and will not get them back. This same store manager also tried to fight me, and asked me” we can take this outside if you want to” also said, “ we can take this to the streets”. Yeah, this was the store manager using his unique skill set to try and calm down an upset customer who was losing business for straight 3 days because I could not make calls or texts. His response to that as well was, “im glad you lost business and money”. I have 2 kids that i have been struggling to support with our economy the way it is right now. I could not believe he would say something like that. I have been reaching out to Prime Communications about this matter for over a week and have yet to hear back from anyone. Please dont make my mistake, go to a corporate store, these guys are just trying to make a quick sale off of you and want nothing to do with actually helping you when you have an issue.
