Do you know you can call and call and call the branch and NO ONE ever answers the phone? We needed a Medallion Signature Guarantee and we are Sapphire members and they will not do it. I called customer support at Chase and they said "call the branch". No accountability and no help....hard to believe we have been customers for 20+ years.

Appointment 1 o’clock coming thirty minutes early waiting 1 hour but I haven’t seen person i supposed to meet. Waste my whole afternoon i have important things to do , place to go . Chase bank bad service. I nerve come back

Tried to sign up on line for a new account. System booted me out told me to go into branch to complete called the branch got hung up on 2 times. Like they have something better to do. Very Happy I found these reviews before I put my money in the Sun City Center Chase Branch. Taking my money someplace else.

I understand all the NEGATIVE reviews. The Sun City Center FL location is full of RUDE staff with attitude. Why is it so hard to find friendly customer service oriented workers ?

I visited this bank today due to it being the closest to me. I entered on a Saturday. Right upon entering I was greeted with rude and disturbing stares from the bank teller. I told them why I was there and they instantly tried to reject my service. I was helped by someone else and they got it handled but the bank teller gave more attitude because I really had a issue today. I am now waiting for notary from a angry teller named Jennifer at the SunCity brand

I understand Chase now recommends scheduling an appointment to open new accounts, however they also take walk-ins depending on banker’s availability. This is the second Chase location here in Sun City, Fl I walked in today, without an appointment & was turned away immediately. Meanwhile the male banker at this location (when you walk in, the office to your right, closest to the teller counter) is sitting at his desk, scrolling on his phone with his leg propped on the desk doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! There’s no customer waiting in the lounge area, but according to him, there’s no availability! His customer service was below poor & I recommend NO ONE using this location!!! The fact that they turn patrons away, when they’re clearly NOT busy or working is PATHETIC!

We sat for 20 min's and than got in the teller line (where there was 1 teller for lobby & drive up). We were told we needed to make an appointment for notary service. We had 3 people walk by us in the lobby before we got in line and NO ONE asked what we needed. No customer service anymore, they arevtrying to do more with less employees and customer service is hurting terribly because of it.

Chase corporate needs to staff this branch properly. Never enough employees for the volume of customers (I don't care what your spreadsheet says).

Walked in to open an account was told the first available time was in 10 days. 10 days?! Really? Crazy. So I went online opened an account in minutes. But now that I've read these comments I'm closing the account and going to a different place. Management should be reading the comments and fixing the issues.

We recently moved to Ruskin so we started using the Sun City Center Chase Bank. The first time that we went inside, we needed to deposit a check and ask some questions. When we approached the counter with our check, the teller rudely told us that we could have used the machine to deposit our check. When I mentioned that we had a couple of questions as well, she was quite annoyed. We let that bad experience go. Yesterday was our second bad experience with this branch. We needed to add someone to our bank account so we went inside. The teller finished taking care of her customer and told us that she would be with us shortly. Instead of waiting until after she helped us, she grabbed a stack of checks and started stamping the backs of them. After standing there for a while, a lady from the back came out. She walked right between us and the teller. She didn't even acknowledge that we were there! (The suited gentleman in the corner wasn't any better.) After a long wait, we walked out and decided to drive over to the Chase Bank in Parrish where they know how to treat a customer! The upper management of this branch needs to wake up and address their rude staff at this branch! If this was my only experience with a Chase Bank, I would switch banks!

I've been an account holder at the SCC Branch since the day it opened. I've been very impressed by the branch manager (Hope) since then and I"m happy that she's still managing there as I'm always happy with the customer service provided by the tellers and advisors. Can't say enough about the branch.
