Im not used to negative ratings because I know for many-though they don't act like it-this may be their livelihood. CVS Apollo Beach is a mess! For 6 days I have been waiting for a medication I need that they were supposed to transfer to Walgreens. Well low and behold it's 6 days later and after multiple phone calls and having given them the information of where to send it repeatedly, they sent Winn Dixie, cause you know "Walgreens" and "Winn Dixie" sound exactly alike! They said they could do nothing for me and were annoyed by my many calls!! Walgreens had no idea what to make of that and here I am still with no medication!! Horrible, the incompetence and lack of professionalism! Not that it matters but one less customer for CVS.

I'd give zero stars. Delivered to wrong address and the person at CVs basically told me there's nothing they could do. Something is wrong with their app and basically told me oh well. Ridiculous service and inept employees

May I die and go to.—— if I ever have a script filled at this store again. They are so overworked. They do not fill the needs of our community. I was told 1 1/2 to 2 hours for a script. I called Walmart and got it transferred. They are so much more efficient

This might be the worst CVS I've been to in the country. I've come here multiple times over the past 2 years. The pharmacy is horrible!!! There is always a long wait for anything at the pharmacy and often they send you to wait in another line once you finally get help. The store layout is crowded and confusing. The lighting is oddly low. The parking lot is also hard to get in and out of. Def find another drugstore if you can. There are a few others nearby.

Due to lowlife shoplifting, many things are secured and require a sales person to unlock it. Doesn't sound like a big deal but try and find somebody. Not worth my time and effort and really not worth my frustration. They lost a customer.

This is the absolute WORST treating cvs I have ever come across . As someone who has had 23 surgeries and now has chronic pain , I can’t get my medication without being treated like a addict , talked down to, YELLED AT, or having my medication kicked back to the Dr causing my doctors to then get annoyed and have to resend medication or fight them. The way they treat people is beyond awful! Don’t go there .

this location never has my prescriptions. When trying to call to transfer to another location the calls drop and a "user busy" message pops up on my phone. Not sure how this pharmacy is even in business anymore. Cvs has gone downhill the last few years. Thank goodness for Publix!

I wanted to order my re-fill in person 2 days ago. they refused and ask that i call on 6/19 - ok I am for over 30 minutes on hold...terrible customer service very disappointed

Beware for passport photos. I went to this CVS to get my passport photo completed. I sent it in with my renewal only to have it rejected. Although the picture looked ok I realized that the interior size of the subject in the photo was not correct. This caused delays, fees, and undo travel for corrections. I relied on them to do the right thing. I ended up going to AAA as their camera and equipment is certified by the government. Plus with a premium membership the picture was free. $16 at CVS. Live and learn!

Doctor sent a 90 day supply prescription and one refill for BP to the Sun City Center, FL CVS. They would not fill it unless I called the pharmacy, after waiting on hold for 45 minutes, that was the last straw for me after several issues with this pharmacy. So, I tried to transfer all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy but the pharmacist at the place I was trying to transfer to, told me that CVS told him that I have no prescriptions available to transfer. None. Despite the fact that I have 4. So, now I'm on day two without my high blood pressure medication because now the prescription can't be found at all. My BP is 177/119 and blood vessels are bursting in my right eye. My doctor has tried calling CVS three times and can't get through to confirm what is going on with this. I am shocked by the level of incompetence I've experienced at this pharmacy.

I went there because of the shoe machine the staff was so friendly I did ask about a flu shot,the technician said I could get it done immediately she also found a coupon for me they were so friendly I was very impressed!
