Order more size 2 & 3 huggies snug and dry, you're always out!! Your pharmacy needs more cashiers, every employee has their down not helping while one person struggles with a line. I counted like 5 employees and a pharmacist- not including the cashier and drive through on a couple occasions. The front end cashier should also be more aware of customers wanting to check out. This location isn't big on customer service they're just always stocking. š¤·āāļø

CVS in Sun City Center on Pebble Beach is filthy. There are no associates available to help you. You have no choice but to use the self pay kiosk and when it malfunctions no one is available to help. Avoid this store.

Came in to get passport photos taken. I was told that they couldnāt take them because āthere are boxes in the way and we arenāt going to move them.ā Iām shocked that sliding a few boxes out of the way was such an inconvenience that it would prevent them from taking a photo. Customer service is NOT a priority here. What a poor experience!

My husband and I just left this store. I can't say enough good things about them. They actually had what I need. Unlike another local place across the street. They always help us with a smile. My husband and I are both disabled so sometimes need extra assistance. No problem! They have a new loyal customer.

Ugh the lady I spoke with on the phone who returned my voicemail seriously needs to find a new job. I work in healthcare and speaking to patients so rudely needs to get fired. Itās not my fault thereās a new policy with tricare that they do deductibles on medications. Iāve had tricare ever since I was little and they never did that before. When I called tricare after her rude ass call they even said theyāve been noticing that they have been doing this more because patients arenāt making appointments so they need to meet their deductible from somewhere. I even advised before her second call with me thereās never been a deductible on medications. Why donāt you be nice freak. Iāve never had a problem with this pharmacy till now now.

While I normally go to Walgreens, this was on my way, and I stopped in. Every once in a while I come to this CVS. And every single experience is always like I'm going to Wal-Mart at 3a.m. They question you when you want to have a live person check your purchases out at the register. The girl working there looked ill and wouldn't even look people in the eye. She gave attitude when the lady in front asked for a manager (we wanted more people up front because there was a line). Nobody else in the store was seen until somebody called for a manager. It is snowbird season and they should have definitely had more people on staff to assist. The attitude, unhelpful responses were unnecessary.
If this were my only bad experience, I would not have taken the time to write a review.

Worst pharmacy customer service canāt get my medication they run out and I have to wait for them to re-order and then they shut the door in your face at lunchtime even though youāve been in line 20 minutes

The pharmacist said āyour medication will be ready Tuesday night to pick upā I said okay thanks man. I called them back Tuesday ahead of time to make sure itād be ready and the pharmacist gave me the worst attitude saying he wonāt under any circumstances have my prescription ready until wednesday at 8pm. I planned my entire day around getting my medication at the time I was told now my entire day is messed up only because he lied and told me tomorrow and is now saying he canāt until a full 20 hrs after he told me when itād be ready. It gets worse, I then call them Wednesday ahead of time to make sure itād be ready at 8pm like the pharmacist stated to me less than 12 hrs before and now they're are out of stock and wonāt get them in until Monday. One of the worst pharmacies Iāve ever dealt with.

Parking lot is tiny, otherwise good place, all the employees are super nice, including management - I just happened to get into a random convo about Walmart with one of the managers and life in general.

Phone system is awful, unable to talk to a human, just let me talk to a human. Because of this I will be pulling my very expensive medication and taking it where I can speak with a human.

Obviously, corporate doesn't care about my business there. I called this morning because I need to speak to the pharmacy, yet your new automated updated system will not allow me to.
I will be pulling every prescription and going elsewhere. 20+ years of loyalty from me doesn't mean jack squat to them. Later!
Save yourself the hassle, go elsewhere.
