If I could leave zero stars, I would. The front desk woman was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked for help, and she just stared at me without saying a word. Her attitude made the entire experience uncomfortable. Management really needs to address this behavior, it reflects poorly on the whole office.

Not sure why this place says it is temporarily closed... but I scheduled an appointment there for late April 2025, showed up, and they took my blood.
As for this facility...
This is my go to spot for blood work. Good techs, fast service (even faster if you schedule an appointment), they always strike gold in my hard to find veins.

Came to my appointment, had no problem with the kiosk. That’s where it went south. The women were terribly rude to me and I honestly don’t understand why. I was friendly and engaging. Such a disappointment

My family and I are new to the Sun City Center Florida area and being new to an area, you have your anxieties... not knowing anyone or really anything around you. This was our first time at the Sun City Center LabCorp location. The women there were WONDERFUL! Even my teenage son was comfortable opening up to them(and trust me, if you knew my son, you'd know why that's a big deal). They were professional, friendly, relatable, just made the whole experience so easy, and it was quick!
I rarely leave feedback on places like this, but felt it was important to, because we live in a world where people will quickly speak on what's negative in establishments, but linger to speak on the positive! Kudos to these lovely Ladies, keep up the great work!

went to get bloodwork done, had a question about the check in so i went to the front desk lady. VERY unprofessional. not only did she have airpods in but she yelled at ME because SHE couldn’t hear me. i do not recommend coming here. will be my first AND last time.

Usually this facility provides great service. Not yesterday , I walked in a 2:30 pm checked in in just a few seconds I was called to the desk and told my lab order was not in the system ok no big I pulled and emailed it to the email address provided. I sent the email 5x checking each time to see if they received it. Each time the answer was no. Suddenly the staff began grabbing their personal items. I asked again did you receive the fax. The staff member said very rudely we are closed. Ok I get it you want to go home but you have a patient could you not have said Miss if your fax is not received by 3pm you will need to come back that was never said. Also how do you just pick and leave when you have a patient my expectation wasn't that they stay late but I did expect them to tell me there was a cut off.

One of the women at the desk has a very bad disposition. Rude, unhelpful and appeared to be bothered that I came in. Instead of specifically saying that I need a new requisition, she states they’re unable to bill the client. Returned the next day with my practitioner on the phone, I was turned away again saying they can’t accept verbal billing requests. It was THEN I was told exactly what I needed on the req. I wish my doctors office never switched from Quest diagnostics. Labcorp is the absolute worst

Called before showing up to confirm in network and was told yes. Shortly thereafter received a bill for out of network. Almost $600 for a blood test that should have been maybe $60. Almost ten times the cost. Called to resolve and disconnected 3 times. Filed complaint in accordance with no surprises act.

Checked in online 15 minutes early and immediately walked in. While waiting, received a text they were ready. Still waiting as name was not called. Woman at Front desk was rude. She said she called name and waited. Not true as I was sitting in waiting area. She had a bad attitude. She should not be working at front desk.

The person working the front desk is beyond rude and belittling to the people who walk into the waiting room. Refusing to help an old many with a rolling walker sign in and made him go to the electric kiosk only to fail and then finally take his information because she was too busy on the phone talking about her personal life which I could hear from the waiting room. Completely rude to a man and making him feel bad for the information given to him by a union for a test he was getting and telling him he doesn’t know the correct information yet being able to find it with the order number. Also why is it ok to be talking to someone on AirPods while patients are checking in giving their personal information. I believe that would be a hippa violation. Unbelievable how rude and inconsiderate people can be. My heart breaks for those who are stressed out over a bad diagnosis or older patients who are being made feel bad or scared because they don’t know how to use technology when the office staff could simply assist them because isn’t that what they are getting paid for?

Wow no wonder this facility only have 2.4 stars I would have left no stars if I would have been able to. The lady up front was the rudest lady I've ever dealt with in my life. She was a black woman with short black hair.
She pronounced my name wrong as she was calling me to the front to obtain my paperwork so I told her how my name is pronounced and I gave her my paper and she told me to have a seat. When she called me in she was very short and flip and seemed to get aggravated because I didn't know exactly where the room was that she was directing me to. After this she told me to do a urinalysis which I did not know was ordered for me. And after that I was to put the sample in a separate room in a basket. I went in there to leave the sample and in the room was another rep doing blood work on another patient. So I went into the room where she was and I told her that that wasn't a very private experience. I do not believe I should have left a urine sample at the front of a room where there's two people there and even less disturbing another patient who is getting her blood work done. So she told me if I didn't like it that I should just complain to the management. In turn I told her she was very rude and then she told me that I was the one who was rude. This is an extremely nasty arrogant person who does not belong in the medical field at all
We are mere numbers on her docket instead of human beings. So at this point I did not trust the facility I did not trust her so I got up and left and told her that I was not going to do anything at this facility. And because of this experience I will not use a LabCorp ever again. I came back in to get my paperwork and she yelled to the girl across the way to go ahead and "delete my order" so once again just to dig the knife more just to be rude and nasty like she is. I have no idea why a person like this is working in the medical field she does not belong in the medical field she's very rude and very nasty and obviously hates people.
