This place does what other credit unions would not!Lency was nothing short of amazing. So thankful for her and her patience with us to open a business checking/savings account!Looking forward to doing more business with LMCU!

I took out an auto loan with LMCU, but website would not allow me to put in my banking info. I was supposed to get two deposits, then confirm them. The deposits never showed up and I had to resubmit my banking info. The same thing happened so I called them. They said I can only use it for auto payments. I said that I just wanted to pay the loan off then. They said I can't do it online and either had to come in person or send it in the mail and they only accept cash or check. I went in person and paid it. Now they're saying I can't get release of title until ten days since I wrote a check. If they had online payments or took debit cards, I wouldn't need to write a check. I have never heard of any bank not allowing online payments. I will keep calling everyday until they release my title. I will then contact the FTC

Just applied for a checking account for the 3% APY. I opted out of overdraft in the application, so no credit being extended in any way shape or form that I’m aware of. They did a hard pull. Why?!?! I’m leaving cash with you not borrowing it LMCU. Check my checking history through a Chex report like every other sensible institution. I’ve opened plenty of checking accounts and never experienced a hard pull. This was completely unnecessary and makes the bank look incompetent. I mean why would you kick a brand new customer in the shin the first time you meet them? Steer clear of this institution.

Customer Service and technology is horrible. Followed all the prompts and still took me to the wrong person. I tried activating an account and the automated system calls you to give you a code and hangs up on you. Then I request a new code and it calls me 5 times in a row and the code won’t work because the system generated a new one.

We are here from Michigan and are members of LMCU. We needed to do some banking business so set up an appt. and the manager and staff were great !!
