After trying to close out an account 3 or A4 times I just received another notice saying I owed $15 for a service fee on an account that I've been trying to close out since January. Is a long story but I had to close out my accounts because of fraud I've had six or eight debit cards issued to me in the past year and 3 months. I don't feel like I should keep paying a $15 service charge for an account that was supposed to been closed out several times. I know for a fact I have paid $45 in service charges for this account that I'm not even using.

This bank close at 5pm, I was trying to pay my car loan at 4:40pm and I can't, they're already closed.

I had 2 $500 money orders that I purchased from Western Union for a deposit on a home site. The deal did not go thru so I picked up the money orders & brought them to Western Union to have them switched out & put in my name. I thought this would be easier to deposit them into my account. Well it's against Western Union's policy to do that. They recommended I bring them to my bank. So I did. It is not something that any bank would do ! I explained the situation to Nancy (teller) who told me it couldn't be done. But with her quick thinking, she brought it to her manager, Jason's attention. After several phone calls, Jason gave me the options. None of which I liked ! After looking at my account & seeing that I have been a customer for a long time, he allowed me to sign the money orders & have them deposited !Great job Jason & Nancy ! I appreciate your attention & kindness in this desperate situation ! Thank you !

Friday at 4:55 on, atm won't take my cash, have to go inside and they have 1 teller working, with 4 people in line! The teller waiting on the guy is trying to sell him additional accounts. Seriously!?!?
