We met with the manager Christopher Colon Latorre today to discuss a situation that occurred with one of our accounts. We were very impressed by his professionalism, thoroughness, helpfulness & kindness. He thoroughly took care of us and the situation. The other team members we interacted with were friendly & customer focused as well. Unfortunately due to the fact TD does not have locations convenient to where we live, we moved funds to a bank that was closer to home. Had location not been a factor we likely would still be with TD based on our interaction with Chris.
