Wish I would have never used this store. My delivery arrived badly broken. Imagine how hard you have to throw cast iron to break it. The in store packing was done very poorly. An antique singer sewing machine stand that went unscathed for more than 100 years, UPS destroyed in one day. Very little bubble wrap was used to cushion the item and flat boxes were placed in the box to fill in the gaps. The response Im going to get is they are not responsible for the drivers. The box looked like it has been through a war. Devastated my family heirloom was destroyed. If you dont pack it yourself do not use this location. $300 worth of disappointment.

I worked with Anthony and he was amazing. I had a package to send to another country that had important docs in it. The package was missing. Anthony went above and beyond to help locate the package and he called me back and updated me and looked for solutions to my problem. I had spent 4 hours on hold with the main UPS. I felt like he actually cared. Thankfully with Anthony’s help the package was located and delivered.

I love the friendliness and prompt attention as you enter the store they greet me they thanks me for choosing them on my last visit I was help by miss Heidi she printed my documents and unfortunately there weren’t a notary at the moment she another staff if someone was at the Ruskin location and yes I got my documents notarized and fax wasn’t working so I returned to miss Heidi at sun city and I was able to faxed my docs.

Terrible customer service experience. Because they don't know how to key in tracking numbers and refuse to do anything other than rely on a scanner I lost money on a return. This was my second visit to return the same package and they wanted me to come back a 3rd time or pay for them to print a label. Where is the one call resolution? This area is primarily a 55+ community. I can't imagine them treating the Seniors this way. Obviously, there was an issue with the label, the tracking numbers were small but could easily have been read with a magnifying glass. I use one at home all the time for small print. I left the package as I was upset and the manager yelled back at me he would just throw it away. Train your people !!

I was returning a large package that was delivered to my house while I was away. They charged me $5.99 for “pack materials carton”. I watched them re-tape the box and be done with it. If the box was in good enough condition for you to deliver, why am I being charged for you to tape it? They did nothing else to the box except add some tape to close it up. It’s not about the $6 for me but the principle.
The older lady with white l, straight hair that works here is awful. I’m driving further to another shipping store to avoid this place.
Side note: Heidi was so kind and helpful. I know none of this is her fault. There was an older lady there that made her add the charge and was a bit rude about it. Very off putting.

Had to get fingerprinted and Tim was very professional helping me out especially when the machine didn't read my fingers at first. John is also helpful as well as the other guy I forgot to get name of. Recommended. Went back recently to drop something off. The lovely Kimberley doesn't work there any more but i still saw John, very professional.

Had a good experience at this location. Have not been to in sometime. Noticed it more clean and organized. The associate Heidi was very friendly and helpful.
