Kimberley was horrible! Within my 8 years living in the area, if I can recall she has been at this location for about 2-3 years. I’ve seen her be snappy with other customers but we usually don’t have an issue at all. Today she insisted I purchased tape which was not the problem, it was her tone and how aggressive she was. She even told me to leave and go somewhere else. I highly advise someone review the cameras. Maybe it’s how I came dressed because I tried to do my returns before work but she made me feel less of a person. At no point during our interaction did she try to diffuse the situation at hand. She just continued to poke at me. If she continues with this type of attitude, one day UPS will be have to pay for her actions.Let’s not talk about the ASSAULT charge I could file on her.—————As I’m now reading, other customers have faced issues with her but it seems that UPS does not care about that..? But we should continue spending our money at this location?

My wife sent a package to my daughter 2/12 was told it would arrive 2/14, now the tracking has it arriving 2/19, that’s just crazy

Horrible customer service!!! I dropped a package off today that had a glass vase inside. The package was well wrapped and stuffed, one of the employees even helped me tape up the box, however, hours later I get a phone call that I need to come back to pick up the box because it’s nothing but shattered glass…definitely wasn’t that way when I delivered it considering the employee who helped me tape up the box would have recognized that (Kimberly). That same employee that helped me tape up the box is also the one who called and was extremely rude and accused me of basically being a liar. Apparently they see nothing wrong with not only accusing the customer but belittling the customers character too. Then when I spoke to the manager (John), he wasn’t any more helpful and wouldn’t provide a customer service contact number in order to get further assistance. The store explained that even if they dropped and damaged my package, it’s on the customer for poor packaging. Completely unacceptable.

Kimberly is amazing! I came in for fingerprinting and she explained the process very well and took the time she needed to get it done correctly. She was friendly, kind, personable, everything an employer would want representing their company! I cannot say enough good about her!!! Great experience!

Whoever the African American older woman working 12/20/23 at 1:20pm was EXTREMELY rude the lack of customer service she had was very concerning. How can something like this slip the hiring manager for the store. It was so bad I decided to not even use you all service. Please do something about this.
