I want to take a moment to recognize an outstanding USPS supervisor (I didn’t catch his name unfortunately) who truly went above and beyond to help us locate a missing package. His dedication and professionalism were exceptional. He took the extra step of personally calling all the Mail Carriers who were working both yesterday and today to track down the package, which showed a genuine commitment to customer service that is rare and deeply appreciated.
A huge shout out as well to Maria, who went out of her way to meet up with us and personally deliver the package once it was located. Her kindness, flexibility, and willingness to help made a stressful situation turn into a positive experiences.
Thanks to both of them, what could have been a frustrating issue was resolved with care, urgency, and compassion. This is customer service at its best, and USPS is lucky to have employees like them

Worst place ever the manager christy has no professionalism, my package was stolen and I went thru the proper channels and her and the postmaster at this location ignore everything along with the entire postal service and close it out hang up the phone on you as well thru just don’t care , deny postal delivery for my disabled spouse and tell him that he walked into the facility so you can get your mail. I have contacted everyone possible and the whole entire postal system is corrupt and useless.

We have had several issues with this post office. Usually they are short, rude and grouchy. We have had them purposely ruin packages because I complained about their delivery. Leaving notices that say “we missed you” when we have been home all day and no one came by.

I just spoke with Mrs.Vera the manager & she is amazing & was able to quickly assist us in a concerning situation. She eased my stress & is extremely professional.I definitely wish everyone treated us with amazing customer service as she did. She made our day! Thank you kindly.

I was impressed by their helpfulness! The employees in the office had a long line where nearly everyone handed them an open box, not taped and not addressed. But the employees stood there and helped each person fill and tape their boxes and addressed their package! No these were not boxes bought from the post office! I’ve never seen such service before. In other post offices they tell you to come back when your package is prepared.

This place is the perfect example why the post office won't be around for too much longer. I brought my package in and it needed to be taped up. They sat there and said that I could not use the roll of tape that they had sitting right in front of them. I had to buy a $4 roll of tape to seal my package. I will always try to use FedEx or UPS before ever using USPS

Joke of a staff. After calling for an hour nobody will answer my phone call or even try. Without a car I cannot drive out to the post office. How are you not going to answer calls at a post office? Who’s paying these joke of employees? Us. right.

Recently moved down to sun City Center from Tampa. I filled out the forwarding paperwork and handed it to the person over the counter. Seems like there was a mix up with my mail or something with my mail not being delivered/forwarded. Went in and was told to speak to the supervisor/Mgr. Early morning she had an attitude and was very rude. She doesn't seem like she listens to actually hear what ur saying, only respond because u said something.

WOW! my first time at this Post Office to pick up my Save Manatees stamps and it was open before 8:30am, it was clean and the gentlemen in there were friendly!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at the Sun City USPS office. I’m a new realtor in the area and my brokerage has an account with USPS in Sun City. I’ve visited the office two times now and have had a bad experience both times. The person that attended to me, on my first visit, told me that I should ask my coworker how to mail marketing mailers and handed me a form that they don’t use anymore. The second time I went, after asking my coworkers, how to use USPS, I printed out the form and went to the post office before 430 as the form specifically noted, and was turned away again because they said they stopped taking marketing mailers at 3:30. I arrived at the post office at 3:45 which means I was only 15 minutes outside of their window, and they told me they could not under any circumstances take my mailers . I am definitely going to use a different service for my mailers in the future.

Horrible to deal with and even worse to live next to. their employees are constantly yelling every morning so loud that I hear them inside my house. they put up a camera that only faces my yard. the manager guy likes to stand as close as he can to the fence and talk on the phone very loudly. most disrespectful place I've ever seen.
