Terrible customer service and terribly slow. Been standing in line for 20 minutes for a teller and there are still several people in front of me. There are more Wells Fargo employees standing around watching the two people working.

This was by far the worse banking experience I have ever had there were three ppl in the teller line and six ppl behind the teller line when I started my journey. 40 mins later there were now six ppl in line and eight ppl behind the teller counter and not once had anyone thought to acknowledge the waiting customers. I did notice that the the drive thru line was moving so I asked the teller working that line if he would still be there in the next five minutes with a noticeable attitude he said yeah (OMG but ok) so I leave the line jump in the car and roll up to the drive thru only to have him say hello and he will be with me in just a minute while he helped someone at the teller counter WTF. I will never step foot in this branch on purpose ever agin. I advise you to bank anywhere but here. Customer service was a nightmare. Maybe they should read the huge mission mission statement that ends with courtesy in bold letters.

So sad Deposit a check. Receipt says oh $400 available,rest tomorrow. Oh we said 9/5, but we meant 9/13 because a check from 5th/3rd business account might not clear. Why tell me 9/5, if there is a delay?? Where is the integrity?? So sad Still waiting. Will be up there Monday to see the branch manager since they decide if I get my money. Should of taken check to 5th/3rd

Beware wells fargo will not accept a night deposit of cash into a personal account. Hold money. Let transactions bounce and say they will mail back the cash. Contacted the OCC filed a complaint.

Ugh! What a joke of a banking institution. Took my check to deposit into my moms account (90 yr old, in assisted care in sun city ). It was a BOA check which is right next door. They said because it was from my charge account they would not take it. I said ho ahead put a 7 day hold on it till clear this was 4:45 yesterday. They wanted to close. Today I dragged my handicap mom out of assisted living to deposit and went to BOA told them about there neighbor and they also were disgusted. So I put cash in my moms account and told her to please leave this crazy bank. By the way while there she got caught in bathroom couldn't open there extremely heavy, even for me door. I suggest all seniors avoid this bank.

I've banked with Wells Fargo for years. I've been young and never checked up on my accounts as I should. But as years passed I started laying more attention with on line banking. I've noticed they will take money out of you account if you don't pay attention!. I just got taken for $142! DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CROOKS! You're better off with a credit union! The people on the phone are very courteous. But it doesn't give you your money back. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE CROOKS!
